Delivery of Products and Services. In the event of a strike, sympathy strike, picketing, work stoppage, slowdown, demonstration, or any other lawful or unlawful disruptive activity that impacts Services, Vendor shall ensure continued undisrupted delivery of Services and products to the Board in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, or as may be otherwise directed by the Board. Under the aforementioned circumstances, the Board shall have the right to direct Vendor to use any of the following methods to arrange for continued delivery of products and Services: 1) use of Vendor’s non-union employees or an alternative courier to deliver products; 2) delivery of products to an alternative site; 3) use of Board employees to pick up products from Vendor or Vendor’s couriers; or 4) any other alternative means necessary to ensure that products and Services are timely delivered to the Board without disruption (subject to all applicable professional practice laws). Vendor shall also enforce any no-strike clauses Vendor has in its collective bargaining agreements when such clauses impact the delivery of any Services or products under this Agreement. Any alternative delivery methods utilized under this Section shall be approved by a representative designated by the Board.
Delivery of Products and Services. 5.1 Upon execution of this Agreement by the Licensee, Statistics Canada shall deliver to the Licensee:
1. One (1) copy of the Package described in Appendix A attached.
5.2 Statistics Canada may from time to time deliver to the Licensee enhancements to the Software Product developed by Statistics Canada, and all such enhancements so delivered shall be deemed to form part of the Package for purposes of this Agreement.
Delivery of Products and Services a. The Park is maintained as a private enterprise, its streets and lanes are private and not public thoroughfares.
b. Residents may hire any vendor, supplier, or contractor (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Vendor") of his or her choice to provide goods and services for the home and home site provided that if the goods or services provided may impact the health, safety or welfare of the property of other residents, the owner/Lessor, or the community as a whole the resident can hire that vendor only if, before such goods or services are provided, the vendor submits to the resident reasonable evidence that he or she has insurance in an amount reasonably related to the size of the risk(s).
c. The Lessor may request from any resident receiving goods or services from a Vendor that may impact the health, safety or welfare of the property of other residents, the owner/Lessor, or the community as a whole reasonable evidence of the amount of the Vendor's insurance.
Delivery of Products and Services. We will use reasonable efforts to meet your delivery requirements for Products and Services you order, and will keep you informed of our progress. We pay normal transportation charges for Products we ship to you.
Delivery of Products and Services. Janison will deliver the Product and/or provide the Service to you after it has received payment from you. Janison will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that you receive access to the Product and/or receive the Service within the timeframe set out in clause 1 and clause 3.1.2 of the Product-specific Terms (as applicable).
Delivery of Products and Services. Vendor shall notify LifeTime immediately by telephone with a subsequent notice in writing if there will be any problems associated with its delivery of products or services to LifeTime at the agreed upon time and date.
Delivery of Products and Services. The supply of products and services are provided by Xxxx Xxxxx Photography on a best endeavours basis. Xxxx Xxxxx Photography will not be liable for delays that are beyond reasonable control. Xxxx Xxxxx Photography shall use reasonable endeavours to meet agreed deadlines where applicable. Xxxx Xxxxx Photography shall not be liable for any delays in meeting any obligations which were due to causes beyond his reasonable control including but not limited to: postage/courier; war/acts of terrorism; riots; government legislation; industrial action; adverse weather conditions; acts of God; floods; fire; loss or damage in transit; etc.
Delivery of Products and Services. 3.1 The VINIUM - BUCKETWINES delivery times of wines if mentioned are indicative only. Late delivery does not entitle you to compensation nor the right to cancel your order or to terminate the agreement, unless the delay in delivery is such that you can not reasonably expect to maintain the agreement. You are then entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement if necessary.
3.2 The minimum order size for wines is 6 bottles. Within EU, shipments of 6 bottles are free of charge. Outside the EU, a shipping quote can be obtained by email.

In such a case where health, safety, or welfare are at risk the Lessee may only hire that Vendor if the Lessee submits to the Lessor reasonable evidence that the Vendor has insurance in an amount reasonably related to the size of the risk(s), and the associated liability.
C. The Lessor reserves the right to restrict the number of vendors, salesmen, servicemen and deliverymen that shall be allowed on the premises at any one time, provided, however, that any such limitation so imposed shall not result in prices exceeding the general prevailing price of similar goods in the community. Where such limitations exist, the information shall be posted in the office of the park in a conspicuous place and such posting is made a part of this lease.
Delivery of Products and Services. EATS will deliver the Product and/or provide the Service to you after it has received payment from you. EATS will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that you receive access to the Product and/or receive the Service within the timeframe set out in clause 1 and clause 3.1.2 of the Product-specific Terms (as applicable).
