USE OF CONSULTANT’S INSTRUMENTS OF SERVICE. 4.1. Any documents, reports, information, data, drawings, specifications, maps, models, photographs, studies, and/or other work product, including those in electronic form, prepared (whether completed or partial) by the Consultant and its subconsultants, if any, as a part of the Services are the “Instruments of Service.” The Instruments of Service shall become the joint property of the Owner and Consultant and, unless otherwise provided, the Consultant shall be deemed the author of these Instruments of Service and shall retain all common law, statutory, and other reserved rights, including the copyright, to the extent not modified
