Use of Contribution. Contributions must be expended only for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes approved by Capital One. The variable funds fees are the responsibility of employees Long-term disability: The pension program remains active for the first two (2) years of disability. Management's responsibility: Vopak Terminals of Canada has elected to call for bids to select an Administrator, and Sun Life has been awarded initial contract as per recommendation of consultant and management. Employee's responsibility: Each employee is responsible for the choice of investment decision he/she selects, within the "basket" offered by the administrator and will pay management fee associated with the selection made in variable funds as per published rate of the administrator. The rate may change from time to time at the discretion of the administrator. Use of Contribution.
