Administrative Staff. The Contractor shall employ sufficient Massachusetts-based, dedicated administrative staff and have sufficient organizational structures in place to comply with all of the requirements set forth herein, including, but not limited to, specifically designated administrative staff dedicated to the Contractor’s activities related to: a. The Contractor’s relationships with CPs and management of the ACO/MCO-CP Agreements; b. Risk stratification; c. Care Management; and d. Population health initiatives and programs.
Administrative Staff. In support of the HSI Mutual Objective as outlined in Section 16.1, staff responsibilities include being involved in developing, recommending, and implementing health and safety programs. Administrative Staff. The parties agree that subject to the principles and conditions noted above, the administrative staff including the Staff Officer - Financial and Executive Assistant and Staff Officer - Administrative Services Supervisor will have the option of working alternative working hour arrangements that correspond to or come within the following limitations: • The reception function must be covered from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. • An employee may elect to work daily hours between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (with a minimum 30 minutes off for lunch) providing core hours are worked. • Core hours are between 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. • Time away from work through use of accrued overtime is subject to the normal approvals and advance notice. • Sick leave, Statutory Holidays and vacations will be paid as though the hours of work were still 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday. A work hours schedule is to be prepared by the Administrative Services Supervisor and approved by the Staff Director and updated on a quarterly basis. Employees are to record hours worked (including overtime and all absences) on time sheets as requested by the Employer.
Administrative Staff. Full or part-time administrative staff positions for the CWC may be created from time to time as determined by the Board and will report directly to the Executive Director.
Administrative Staff. When an employee is required to work on a paid holiday, she shall receive premium pay at the rate of time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time rate and shall receive a lieu day off with pay. Such lieu day shall be in addition to the compensating days referred to in Article 12.01.

Administrative Staff. The Investment Advisor hereby agrees, and agrees to cause its affiliated companies (including the Fund) to agree, to refrain from hiring any employees of BNY Mellon during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after the termination date of this Agreement. Should the Investment Advisor, or any of its affiliated companies (including the Fund), hire any such employee during the stated time period, the Investment Advisor hereby agrees to compensate BNY Mellon in an amount equivalent to the hired employee's annual salary to cover the cost of recruiting, hiring, and training a replacement employee.
