Use of Cozad Telephone and the Internet. You understand that you may access both Cozad Telephone and the Internet in general through the Service. You understand further that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by Cozad Telephone or its affiliates, neither Cozad Telephone nor any of its affiliates operates or controls any information, products or services on the Internet in any way and, except for such Cozad Telephone identified information, products or services, all merchandise, information and services offered or made available or accessible through Cozad Telephone or on the Internet generally are offered or made available or accessible by third parties who are not affiliated with Cozad Telephone or its affiliates. By your use of the Service, you also understand and agree that any and all charges incurred by you in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to access, toll, and long distance charges shall be sole and individual responsibility of the user of the Service, and that Cozad Telephone has no responsibility for the payment of any such charges. However, the Company reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. The Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the Company’s sole discretion.   • Use of the Card 1. The Cardmember must sign the Card in ink, using a ball point pen, as soon as he or she receives it; the Cardmember must also safeguard the Card and preserve any PIN in extreme secrecy and keep it separate from his or her Card. The Cardmember must not use the Card after the expiration of the validity period embossed on it, and not use the Card after it has been damaged, withdrawn or cancelled.
