Common use of Use of Departmental Mail System Clause in Contracts

Use of Departmental Mail System. The Labor Council will be permitted to utilize, at no cost or loss of time to the City (including no use of City materials and equipment), the Departmental Mail System for the purpose of providing information pertaining to Labor Council business to bargaining unit employees. The Labor Council agree that the use of the mail system will be reasonable and limited to providing information that is necessary for the normal conduct of Lodge and Labor Council business or bargaining unit representation.
