Common use of Use of Departmental Mail System Clause in Contracts

Use of Departmental Mail System. The Union shall be permitted to utilize, at no cost or loss of 45 time to the City, the Departmental Mail system for the purpose of providing information pertaining to Union 46 business to bargaining unit employees. The Union agrees that the use of the mail system will be reasonable and 47 limited to providing information that is necessary for the normal conduct of Union business or bargaining unit 48 members to whom it is addressed, and such mail shall not be subject to review by the City.
