Common use of Use of District Communication Services Clause in Contracts

Use of District Communication Services. Employees and their Union have the right to use the District’s communication services such as e-mail, phones, employee mailboxes, mail service, etc., for communication purposes in compliance with state laws and regulations and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, provided that the use of the communication service shall not unnecessarily disrupt or interfere with normal District operation.
