Additional Employee Rights. No Employee will be subjected to intimidation, coercion, harassment or retaliation by management officials. Supervisors who retain personnel files on their Employees will do so in compliance with the Privacy Act.

Additional Employee Rights a. Notwithstanding the employee’s right to contact Federal, State or local agencies, it is the recommendation of the committee that issues and concerns, regarding this Agreement, about workplace hazards should first be brought before the Joint Safety Committee.
Additional Employee Rights. Nothing contained herein may be construed to deny or to restrict to any unit employee the rights he/she may have under the Michigan General School Laws or other applicable laws and regulations. The rights granted in this contract are in addition to those provided elsewhere.

  • Provisional Employees A second year Provisional classroom teacher who receives a summative rating of 3- Proficient or 4- Distinguished may be granted continuing contract status for the subsequent school year at the district’s discretion.

  • Provisional Employee Definition: An employee who has not completed a probationary period and who has not been appointed to his/her present class from an eligible list.

  • Seasonal Employee Seasonal employee" means an employee who is appointed for no more than ten months during any 12 consecutive months but who is expected to return to work year after year.
