Common use of Use of Electricity Clause in Contracts

Use of Electricity. You must not: (a) illegally use electricity; (b) interfere or allow interference with any of our equipment which is at the premises except as may be permitted by law; (c) use the electricity supplied to your premises or any electrical equipment in a manner which: (i) unreasonably interferes with the connection or supply of electrici ty to another customer; or (ii) causes damage or interference to any third party; (d) allow customer retail services purchased from us to be used other than in accordance with this contract or the Electricity Industry Code; or (e) tamper with, or permit tampering with, any meters or associated equipment.
