Use of Electricity. 10.1 Tenant’s use of electricity in the Leased Premises shall be separately metered and paid by Tenant to the supplying utility of the Landlord’s discretion. 10.2 If, for any reason, electricity is not separately metered to Tenant, Landlord shall reasonably apportion Tenant’s share of electrical usage and Tenant shall pay the cost thereof as Additional Rent on the dates for payment of Base Rent occurring after billing of Tenant therefore by Landlord.
