Common use of Use of Email Clause in Contracts

Use of Email. Customer must not use the Mission Valley Bank Online email function for communication that is time sensitive, such as placing stop payments orders, making fund transfers, reporting lost or stolen debit or credit cards or checks, or reporting an error on Customer’s account. If Customer sends the Bank a message using email, the Bank will not be deemed to have received until the following business day. Customer agrees that the Bank may take a reasonable period of time to act on any message.
