Use of Employees or Subcontractors. Contractor may, at Contractor's own expense, use any employees or subcontractors as Contractor deems necessary to perform the services required of Contractor by this Agreement. Client may not control, direct or supervise Contractor's employees or subcontractors in the performance of those services.

Use of Employees or Subcontractors. Consultant may, at Consultant’s own expense, use any employees or subcontractors as Consultant deems necessary to satisfactorily perform the services required of Consultant by this Agreement. City may not control, direct, or supervise Consultant’s employees or subcontractors in the performance of those services.
