Use of Fire Apparatus for Grocery Shopping. Employees assigned to fire stations may be allowed to use a fire apparatus once during each shift to purchase groceries for those meals eaten at their station. No more than two (2) employees shall leave the fire apparatus to shop; a minimum of one (1) employee shall remain in the fire apparatus alert and ready to respond to any call received.
