Use of Funds Grantee shall expend funds under this Contract only for approved services and for reasonable and allowable expenses directly related to those services.
Use of Funds for Lobbying Prohibited The Provider shall comply with the provisions of sections 11.062 and 216.347, F.S., which prohibit the expenditure of contract funds for the purpose of lobbying the Legislature, judicial branch, or a State agency.
Use of Funding 4.1 Unless otherwise provided in this Schedule B, the HSP shall use all Funding allocated for a particular Envelope only for the use or uses set out in the Applicable Policy.
CERTIFICATION REGARDING USE OF CONTRACT FUNDS FOR LOBBYING This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related subcontracts which exceed $100,000 (49 CFR 20).

Non-Supplantation of Funds Subrecipient shall not supplant any Federal, State, or County funds intended for the purposes of this Contract with any funds made available under this Contract. Subrecipient shall not claim reimbursement from County for, or apply sums received from County with respect to, that portion of its obligations which have been paid by another source of revenue. Subrecipient agrees that it shall not use funds received pursuant to this Contract, either directly or indirectly, as a contribution or compensation for the purposes of obtaining Federal, State, or County funds under any Federal, State, or County program without prior written approval from the County.
Limitation of Funds In no case shall the Government’s financial liability exceed the amount obligated under this Agreement.
Use of Trunk Forecasts Trunk forecasts provided pursuant to this Agreement must be prepared in good faith but are not otherwise binding on CBB or Verizon.
Prohibition on Use of Public Funds for Political Activity In performing the Services, Contractor shall comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12G, which prohibits funds appropriated by the City for this Agreement from being expended to participate in, support, or attempt to influence any political campaign for a candidate or for a ballot measure. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12G.
