Use of Licensed Area. (a) The Licensee: (i) must only use and occupy the Licensed Area; (ii) may only use the Licensed Area during the Term during the Hours of Use and on the Dates and/or Days of Use (as applicable); (iii) may access other parts of the School in common with others and being solely those parts of the School required for the purpose of accessing the Licensed Area; (iv) acknowledges that if the Licensed Area includes external areas (for example, playgrounds and ovals), School amenities, kitchen facilities, carparks and/or staff facilities, these areas will be used and occupied together with other occupiers of the School; (v) acknowledges that the School Council may grant its consent, which consent will be at the absolute discretion of the School Council, for the Licensee to use other areas of the School in addition to those listed in clauses 9(a)(i) to 9(a)(iii) solely for the purposes of the Licensee's use of the Licensed Area; (vi) must comply with all Department, School and School Council policies and/or guidelines which deal with the safety or health of persons on the Licensed Area or otherwise under its control; (vii) must observe fire precautions, including taking any fire precautionary measures required by Law; (viii) must ensure that all external doors and windows are secured and locked and all lights, heating and/or cooling is extinguished daily at the end of its use of the Licensed Area; (ix) must ensure the Licensed Area is kept secure, clean and free from debris and rubbish; and (x) acknowledges that no promise, representation, warranty or undertaking has been given by or on behalf of the School Council regarding the suitability of the Licensed Area for the conduct of the Permitted Use otherwise than as expressly contained in this Licence, or for any other use. (b) The Licensee must not: (i) use or allow the Licensed Area to be used for any purpose other than the Permitted Use; (ii) erect, display, affix or exhibit on or at the Licensed Area any signs except for signs that comply with all Laws and then only after obtaining the School Council’s approval (which approval is at the absolute discretion of the School Council) and all necessary planning and building permits from the relevant Government Agency; (iii) install any fixtures or fittings, except those necessary for the Permitted Use, without the School Council’s written consent (which consent is at the absolute discretion of the School Council); (iv) keep or use chemicals, inflammable liquids, acids or other hazardous things on the Licensed Area except for the Permitted Use, or create fire hazards; (v) do anything in or near the Licensed Area or the Land which is noxious, offensive or a nuisance and not cause any injury or nuisance to neighbours or other occupiers of the, or surrounding the, Licensed Area; or (vi) overload the floor of the Licensed Area.

(b) . The Licensee must not:
(i) : use or allow the Licensed Area to be used for any purpose other than the Permitted Use;
(ii) ; erect, display, affix or exhibit on or at the Licensed Area any signs except for signs that comply with all Laws and then only after obtaining the School Council’s approval (which approval is at the absolute discretion of the School Council) and all necessary planning and building permits from the relevant Government Agency;
(iii) ; install any fixtures or fittings, except those necessary for the Permitted Use, without the School Council’s written consent (which consent is at the absolute discretion of the School Council);
(iv) ; keep or use chemicals, inflammable liquids, acids or other hazardous things on the Licensed Area except for the Permitted Use, or create fire hazards;
(v) ; do anything in or near the Licensed Area or the Land which is noxious, offensive or a nuisance and not cause any injury or nuisance to neighbours or other occupiers of the, or surrounding the, Licensed Area; or
(vi) or overload the floor of the Licensed Area.

Use of Licensed Area. The Licensee must not and must not let anyone else at all times:-
(a) The Licensee:
(i) must only use and occupy Cause or permit any rubbish to be left in or about the Licensed Area;
(iib) may only use Use the Licensed Area during in any noxious or offensive manner or do or permit any nuisance, annoyance or obstruction to the Term during Licensor, or any other Licensee or any other person using the Hours Premises or any of Use and on the Dates and/or Days of Use (as applicable)adjoining or nearby properties;
(iiic) may access other parts of Use the School in common with others and being solely those parts of the School required Licensed Area for the purpose of accessing any illegal purpose;
(d) Conduct an auction or public meeting on the Licensed Area, without the written consent of the Licensor;
(ive) acknowledges that if Use the Licensed Area includes external areas (for example, playgrounds and ovals), School amenities, kitchen facilities, carparks and/or staff facilities, these areas will be used and occupied together with other occupiers of any activity prohibited by the SchoolLicensor by notice in writing to the Licensee;
(vf) acknowledges that the School Council may grant its consent, which consent will be at the absolute discretion of the School Council, for the Licensee to use other areas of the School in addition to those listed in clauses 9(a)(i) to 9(a)(iii) solely for the purposes of the Licensee's use of the Licensed Area;
(vi) must comply with all Department, School and School Council policies and/or guidelines which deal with the safety or health of persons on the Licensed Area or otherwise under its control;
(vii) must observe fire precautions, including taking any fire precautionary measures required by Law;
(viii) must ensure that all external doors and windows are secured and locked and all lights, heating and/or cooling is extinguished daily at the end of its use of the Licensed Area;
(ix) must ensure the Licensed Area is kept secure, clean and free from debris and rubbish; and
(x) acknowledges that no promise, representation, warranty or undertaking has been given by or on behalf of the School Council regarding the suitability of Use the Licensed Area for the conduct sale of liquor or any gaming or gambling activities, without the written consent of the Permitted Use otherwise than as expressly contained in this Licence, or for any other use.Licensor;
(bg) The Licensee must not:
(i) use or allow Use the Licensed Area to be used as a residence or for any purpose residential purposes;
(h) Use the Licensed Area for retail sale or hire of goods or the retail provisions of services, other than to the Licensee’s members and their guests and only if those retail activities are ancillary to the Permitted Use;
(iii) erect, display, affix or exhibit on or at the Licensed Area any signs except for signs that comply with all Laws and then only after obtaining the School Council’s approval (which approval is at the absolute discretion of the School Council) and all necessary planning and building permits from the relevant Government Agency;
(iii) install any fixtures or fittings, except those necessary for the Permitted Use, without the School Council’s written consent (which consent is at the absolute discretion of the School Council);
(iv) keep Keep or use chemicals, inflammable liquidsfluids , acids acids, or other hazardous things on the Licensed Area Premises except to the extent necessary for the Permitted Use, or create fire hazards;
(vj) do Do anything which might prejudicially affect the essential safety measures or the occupational health and safety or disability discrimination status of the Premises;
(k) Place any sign on the exterior of the Premises without the Licensor’s written consent;
(l) Make any alteration or addition to the Licensed Area. Any alterations or additions consented to by the Licensor shall be undertaken by the Licensor’s contractors at the Licensee’s sole expense;
(m) Install any fixtures or fittings to the Licensed Area. Any installations consented to by the Licensor shall be undertaken by the Licensor’s contractors, at the Licensee’s expense;
(n) Engage any contractor to undertake work in or near relation to the Licensed Area or the Land Premises;
(o) Undertake any repairs or works to the Licensed Area which are the responsibility of the Licensor unless:
(i) The repairs are necessary to fix or remedy a fault or damage that will affect the business at the Licensee of the Premises;
(ii) The Licensee has requested the Licensor to effect the repairs and the Licensor has not done so within a reasonable time (being no less than twenty- four (24) hours); and
(iii) The Licensor is noxiousunable to conduct the repairs.
(iv) Where the Licensee conducts the repairs the Licensor is liable to reimburse the Licensee for the cost of such repairs upon receipt of a tax invoice from the Licensee.
(p) Bring onto the Premises any object which by its nature or weight might cause damage to the Premises, offensive without the Licensor’s written consent;
(q) Except in an emergency, interfere with any of the services or a nuisance and not cause change the locks on any injury door or nuisance window of the Licensed Area without the Licensor’s written consent; and
(r) Do anything which might affect any insurance policy relating to neighbours the Premises by causing:
(i) it to become void or other occupiers of the, or surrounding the, Licensed Areavoidable;
(ii) any claim on it being rejected; or
(viiii) overload the floor of the Licensed Areaa premium to be increased.
