Sale of Alcohol Sample Clauses

Sale of Alcohol. 13.1 The Hirer is to comply with 13.1.1 all conditions in any licence for the Hall; and 13.1.2 all instructions provided by the Committee in respect of thereof 13.2 copy of the relevant licence will be supplied to the Hirer on request. 13.3 Where the hirer requires the committee to provide a licenced bar all proceeds are to be used and donated for the purposes and benefit of the charity "Xxxxxx in Xxxxxxx Village Hall" 13.4 No drinks are to be brought onto the premises and the sale of drinks both soft or alcohol by the hirer is NOT permitted.
Sale of AlcoholIn exceptional circumstances it may be possible to extend the finishing time of an event beyond that set down in the hall’s licence. A TEN is required and you must obtain written permisssion from the committee for this as well.
Sale of Alcohol. In order to sell alcohol at the EPCC a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) will need to be given to the licensing authority. The TEN must be given to the licensing authority and chief fire officer no later than ten working days before the day on which the event begins. The person giving notice of a TEN must be aged 18 or over. A copy of the TEN must be on the Premises during the event. The police and local authority have rights of entry to the Premises to assess the likely effect of the TEN on crime prevention.
Sale of Alcohol.  The sale of alcohol is prohibited. The Hirer may provide his/her own alcohol with the written permission of the school governors.
Sale of Alcohol. 7.1 The sale of alcohol is prohibited. During the period of COVID-19 the sale of alcohol will not be permitted to ensure social distancing and other safety measures can be observed at all times.
Sale of Alcohol. If alcohol will be sold at your event you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Wokingham Council to permit the sale of alcohol. A copy of the TEN must be shown to the booking secretary prior to the date of hire and a copy should be available at the event.
Sale of AlcoholThe Hirer must apply for a licence from Ryedale District Council. The application is for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) and can be obtained on-line from Ryedale District Council’s website. The cost is currently £21 per notice. However as the Village Hall can only apply for a limited number of licenses each year this must be done with the agreement of the Bookings Clerk Permitted Number The Hirer agrees not to exceed the maximum permitted number of people is 65 sitting or 80 standing Age The Hirer confirms that he or she is not a person under 18 years of age and hereby accepts responsibility for being in charge of and present on the Premises at all times when the public are present and for ensuring that all terms and conditions of this Agreement are complied with.
Sale of Alcohol. If you plan to sell alcohol at your event, or serve it at a club event, you will need to seek permission from the management committee in order to either take advantage of our Premises Licence (fee £25) or to apply for your own Temporary Event Notice to be given for the event. The management committee will require you to complete a separate application form detailing your requirements. Please speak to the designated licence holder (Xxxx Xxxxxx) for advice before you sign this alcohol form, which can be downloaded from the web site.
Sale of Alcohol. Hirers needing to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) for the sale of alcohol at the event will be required to forward a copy of the Approval Notice to BVHMC before the date and strict observance of the terms of the TEN must be adhered to.
