USE OF LOT 3. Lot 3 shall remain under County ownership. Developer shall take all necessary measures to allow the Yolo Adult Day Health Center currently located on Lot 3 to continue its uninterrupted operations throughout the term of this DDA. County and Developer shall cooperate to create any necessary documents and arrangements for appropriate cost sharing, including any joint use and maintenance for any shared driveways or utilities that may be necessary.

  • Use of the Software licensed hereunder may require third party software or hardware (including but limited to databases, operating systems and servers). Unless specifically licensed in the Master Agreement, this Agreement does not contain a license to use such additional materials.

At any time, Landlord may close any Common Areas to perform any acts in the Common Areas as, in Landlord’s judgment, are desirable to improve the Project. Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.
