Použitie mien a názvov, registrácia a správy zo skúšania No Party hereto shall use any other Party’s name in connection with any advertising, publication or promotion without prior written permission, except that the Study Sponsor and its representatives and designees, including IQVIA may use the Site’s name in Study or Multi-Center Clinical Trial publications and communications, including clinical trial websites and Study and Multi-Center Clinical Trial newsletters. Study Sponsor will register the Study with a public clinical trials registry in accordance with Applicable Laws and will report the results of the Multi-Center Clinical Trial publicly when and to the extent required by Applicable Laws.
