The Commonwealth of Australia and the State of New South Wales will acknowledge the Bilateral Agreement as a joint Commonwealth and State initiative in all publications, promotional and advertising materials, public announcements, activities or any products, processes or inventions developed as a result of the implementation of the Bilateral Agreement.
PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS. The publications and communications relating to the COOPERATIVE LABORATORY's activities are made by mutual agreement between the Parties involved and must state the contribution made by each Party unless one of the parties explicitly requests not to be mentioned. Any reference to the personnel of the COOPERATIVE LABORATORY in articles, abstracts, speeches or any other form of scientific communication shall contain the following signature: "COOPERATIVE LABORATORY - IDENIX - University of Montpellier II - CNRS". The Director of the COOPERATIVE LABORATORY must obtain the consent of each Party involved and they must reply within a maximum of [**] after this request. To that end, each Party will designate a representative within the Steering Committee responsible for evaluating publication or communications proposals and for giving his consent in the name of the Party involved. If no response is received within this time frame, the agreement is considered to be implicit. All communications or publications projects can be modified or have information withheld when disclosure could harm industrial and commercial use of the results of scientific studies. In any event, no Party can withhold approval of publication or communication for more than [**] after the request was made unless it has specified the strategic nature of this information. In this event, the decision relating to the nature and duration of the secret is made by the Steering Committee. The provisions of this Article cannot constitute an obstacle: - to the obligation of researchers and teacher-researchers to produce an activity report for the organization they are employed by, as this communication does not constitute disclosure with respect to industrial property laws. - nor to presentations of theses of researchers whose scientific activity is related to this Agreement. If necessary, researchers can provide a confidential activity report to the Comite National de la Recherche Scientifique, to the Chairman of the CNRS Standing Committee, and also to the President of the University of Montpellier II. In the same way, theses' presentations can take place behind closed doors.
PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS. Publications and communications related to the Co-operative activity or the results therefrom shall occur only after prior authorization from the Steering Committee and shall specify each party's contribution unless one of the parties specifically requests not to be mentioned. To this end, the Director of the Co-operative activity shall request, in a writing directed to the Steering Committee, authorization for publication. The Steering Committee shall respond to such request within a maximum 2 months after the date of receipt of such request. Absence of response within this time limit shall be considered implied consent. The Steering Committee shall have the right to review any disclosure prior to its publication or communication and such publication or communication projects may be modified or certain information suppressed by the Steering Committee if the Steering Committee believes disclosure of such information might limit the availability of patent protection or otherwise harm the industrial and/or commercial operations that may result from the Co-operative activity. Nevertheless, the Steering Committee may not refuse communication or publication after 18 months of request unless the strategic importance of the information to be disclosed can be reasonably proven. In this specific case, decisions related to the nature and duration of confidentiality shall be made by the Steering Committee and the researchers involved in the Co-operative activity who are required to submit scientific reports, can inform the Dipartimento di Biologia Sperimentale of the results in a confidential report.

PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS. As a matter of courtesy, IDR promises to send any articles, papers, and other publications concerning the project to the 1999 Study of Family History survey analysis group (to Laurent Toulemon and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx), which will notify the authors of any error the group discovers. If no such notification is received within a month of arrival, the authors are free to submit their material for publication at their own risk.
PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS a) The provisions of the HE MGA governing promotion, publicity, and communication (Article 17.2) shall apply to this Agreement. In particular, all communication activities (including in electronic form and via social media), as well as any infrastructure, equipment and major results financed under this Agreement, must acknowledge EU support and display the European flag (emblem) and funding statement (translated into local languages, where appropriate).
b) The Consortium Partners and the EU may use the Third Parties’ Deliverables and names for the purposes of communication and publicity, including storage and archiving.
PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS. South Australia will acknowledge the Bilateral Agreement as a joint Australian Government and State or Territory initiative in all publications, promotional and advertising materials, public announcements and activities, or any products, processes or initiatives developed as a result of the implementation of the Bilateral Agreement according to the Smarter Schools Branding Guidelines. A communication and stakeholder engagement strategy has been developed jointly by the three sectors to support the implementation. The strategy recognises and builds on the existing structures and processes within each sector and complements any Australian Government communications. This strategy will assist in gaining school community and business support for the Partnerships. In addition, each sector will develop a communications strategy consistent with the State engagement strategy. The South Australian strategic approach is summarised in Section 1 of Attachment 3. South Australia will comply with relevant legislation and Schedule C to The Intergovernmental Agreement on Federal Financial Relations. Appropriate auditing arrangements will be put in place that takes account of any relevant instructions from State and Federal Treasury.
PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS. (a) The College and the Association acknowledge the importance to both parties of communicating effectively with alumnae/i of the College through appropriate media, including printed publications such as the Bulletin and Xxxxxxxx and electronic publication channels such as the Internet, social media, websites, and other media that may be developed from time to time.
(b) The College and the Association will cooperate with each other in order promote efficiency and reduce expense in the development and publication of communications addressed to alumnae/i, including, where appropriate, the sharing of postal and similar expenses of mailing printed materials.
(c) The College and the Association will establish a committee consisting of representatives appointed respectively by the President of the College and the President of the Association for the purpose of consulting and collaborating with respect to communications from the College that are specifically addressed to alumnae/i and that are concerned with alumnae/i, such as the publication of class notes, Association news and announcements, and profiles. It is understood that the purpose of such committee is limited to such activities and does not include conducting a pre-publication review of magazines, websites or other communications published or distributed by the College, or making decisions as to the editorial content of such items.
(d) The activities to be included in the Association’s annual budget and funded by the College in accordance with Section 2 shall include the publication of alumnae/i class notes, Association news and announcements, and profiles in a format developed in consultation with such committee. Such notes, news, announcements and profiles will be contained in a magazine or other publication that is provided to all alumnae/i.
PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS. 8.1. Each Party shall be free to publish or communicate the Results, subject to complying with the provisions of this Article 8.
8.2. Any draft publication or communication, written or oral (including participation in conferences for example), information relating to the Study (including the Results) shall be submitted, in writing, to the prior agreement of the other Parties. The said projects will be examined within one (1) month by the requested Parties who may request that modifications be made and/or request the deletion of information which, in particular, would be likely to harm the protection of the Results under intellectual property and the use of the Results or to disclose Confidential Information belonging to them. Any request for deletion or modification by a Party in a draft publication or communication must be given in writing by the Party. Such deletions or modifications shall not affect the scientific content of the proposed publication or communication. After the above-mentioned one (1) month period and if no response has been received, the requested Parties’ agreement shall be deemed to have been obtained.
8.3. Notwithstanding Articles 8.1 and 8.2, in the event the Results are likely to lead to the filing of a patent application, the confidentiality shall be maintained by the Parties until the filing thereof; after such filing, the Parties shall give their opinion on the appropriateness of scientific publications or communications in order to verify that they are unlikely to harm the industrial protection and exploitation of the Results. In any event, the postponement may not exceed six (6) months after said filing.
8.4. In the event of termination or expiry of the Agreement and no later than six (6) months thereafter, each Party shall notify the other Parties of a list of Results that it wishes to keep confidential under Article
7.1. If necessary, the Parties shall consult to draw up a final joint list.
8.5. All publications and communications must mention the assistance provided by each of the Parties in carrying out the Study, unless one of the Parties decides not to see its participation mentioned.
8.6. Subject to Article 8.5, each Party undertakes not to use the name, trademark or any other distinctive sign of the other Parties, or the name of their employees or those on whose behalf they act.
