Use of Phases. The Lease Term will be separated into phases, more particularly described in Article 4. The phases may vary in time or occur simultaneously for different portions of the Leased Premises, as is more particularly described in the Construction Plan required under Section 6.3. If different phases occur simultaneously, Rent shall be apportioned as set forth in Section 5.7.
