Use of Project Water Outside of Service Area. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 15(a), the State hereby consents to the Agency storing project water outside its service area for later use within its service area in accordance with the provisions of subdivision (c) of this article and to the Agency selling project water for use outside its service area in accordance with the provisions of subdivision (d) of this article.
