Provision for Years of Above-Normal Local Water Supply. Within the framework of the contract, particularly by the provisions of Article 15(a) and possible deferment of the delivery of annual entitlements, the State will work with the Agency to avoid loss to the Agency on account of its inability to accept project water in years when runoff is above normal in the watersheds tributary to Tulare Lake Basin, and the State will cooperate with the Agency in the preparation of any necessary contract amendments and their presentation to other contractors.

Provision for Years of Above-Normal Local Water Supply. Within the framework of the contract, particularly by the provisions of Article 15(a) and possible deferment of the delivery of annual entitlements, the State will work with the Agency to avoid loss to the Agency on account of its inability to accept project water in years when runoff is above normal in watersheds tributary to Tulare Lake Basin, and the State will cooperate with the Agency in the preparation of any necessary contract amendments and their presentation to other contractors. <(k) No such subarticle exists.> (l)54 <Table A Increase (5,000AF)>‌ In accordance with Article 41 and the terms and conditions of this Amendment, the Agency is increasing its annual Table A amounts by 5,000 acre-feet beginning in year 2004 and each succeeding year thereafter for the term of the Water Supply Contract by purchasing from Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District 5,000 acre-feet of its Table A amounts. As a result of this purchase, Table A as designated in Article 6 is amended as follows:<See current Table A end of this contract.> Increases to the Agency’s Delta Water Charge, Transportation Charge and Water System Revenue Bond Surcharge, resulting from the increase in the Agency’s annual Table A amounts 52 Amended: Amendment 15 53 Amended: Amendment 15 and maximum Table A, shall commence on January 1, 2004, and be identified by the State and included in future annual Statements of Charges to the Agency. Any over and under adjustments to payments made by Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District for 2003 and prior years attributable to the 5,000 acre-feet of Table A amounts (or applicable portion thereof) and the related delivery capacity in Reaches 1 through 8D of the California Aqueduct shall be paid by or credited to Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District, including refunds or credits of Off-Aqueduct and Water System Revenue Bond reserves. Any over and under adjustments to payments made by the Agency for 2004 and future years attributable to the 5,000 acre-feet of Table A amounts shall be paid by or credited to the Agency.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria (Reactive Power A wind generating plant shall maintain a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, measured at the Point of Interconnection as defined in this LGIA, if the ISO’s System Reliability Impact Study shows that such a requirement is necessary to ensure safety or reliability. The power factor range standards can be met using, for example without limitation, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors if agreed to by the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, or a combination of the two. The Developer shall not disable power factor equipment while the wind plant is in operation. Wind plants shall also be able to provide sufficient dynamic voltage support in lieu of the power system stabilizer and automatic voltage regulation at the generator excitation system if the System Reliability Impact Study shows this to be required for system safety or reliability.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria Developer shall design the Large Generating Facility to maintain an effective power delivery at demonstrated maximum net capability at the Point of Interconnection at a power factor within the range established by the Connecting Transmission Owner on a comparable basis, until NYISO has established different requirements that apply to all generators in the New York Control Area on a comparable basis. The Developer shall design and maintain the plant auxiliary systems to operate safely throughout the entire real and reactive power design range. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall not unreasonably restrict or condition the reactive power production or absorption of the Large Generating Facility in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Staffing Plan The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.
