Common use of Use of PTO Savings Account Clause in Contracts

Use of PTO Savings Account. Employees may use their PTO Savings Account for prolonged illness (more than one workweek), disability (including birth and care of a newborn child or placement with the employee of a child for adoption or xxxxxx care), family leave not associated with the employee’s own health condition, or on emergency closure days. PTO Savings Account time is paid at the employee’s regular base rate of pay at the time the time off is taken. It is not necessary to exhaust PTO before accessing the PTO Savings Account.
