USE OF PTO UNDER EMERGENCY CONDITIONS. Any employee who is affected by an emergency force reduction may, at their discretion, use PTO towards time lost as a result of such abolishment up to the number of days lost due to the emergency abolishment or to the extent of their accrued PTO.
