Use of Results. Microsoft and Microsoft’s auditors will use the information obtained in compliance verification only to enforce Microsoft’s rights and to determine whether you are in compliance with the terms of this agreement. By invoking the rights and procedures described above, Microsoft does not waive its rights to enforce this agreement or to protect its intellectual property by any other means permitted by law.
Use of Results. The Parties use the Results at their own risk. A Party using any of the Results shall, to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, defend, indemnify and hold the other Parties harmless against third party claims which are based on the Party’s use of the Results.
Use of Results. Without limiting any of the foregoing, Sponsor shall own and have the sole right to use the Sponsor Property delivered by Hospital and Investigator under the terms of this Agreement in any manner deemed appropriate to Sponsor's business interests. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, Hospital and Investigator may with Sponsor's prior written consent use the results of the Clinical Study exclusively for research, patient care and teaching purposes, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
Use of Results. Company may use Stanford Technology that is not covered by Stanford Patents for any lawful purpose.
Use of Results. Continia and the auditors will use the information obtained in compliance verification only to enforce Continia’s rights and to determine whether you are in compliance with the terms of the agreement, including these Terms. By invoking the rights and procedures described above, Continia does not waive its rights to enforce the agreement, including these Terms or to protect its intellectual property by any other means permitted by law.
Use of Results. Covion shall be exclusively responsible for all Covion Products manufactured sold, used or supplied by Covion or any Covion Licensee and accordingly Covion shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Relevant CDT Group Company in respect of all costs damages and expenses incurred as a result of any claims by third parties in tort or howsoever otherwise including, without limitation, any relevant legislation or regulation against the Relevant CDT Group Company arising in any way out of the use of any of the Results as contemplated by or for Covion or by or for any Covion Licensee.

Use of Results. A. Evaluation results shall be used
(1) To acknowledge, recognize, and encourage excellence in professional performance.
(2) To document the level of performance by a teacher of his/her assigned duties.
(3) To identify specific areas in which the teacher may need improvement according to the criteria included on the evaluation instrument
(4) To document performance by a teacher judged unsatisfactory based on the District evaluation criteria.
(5) Beginning in 2015-2016, as one of the multiple factors in Human Resources and personnel decisions, only as defined elsewhere in this Agreement.
B. Evaluation results shall not be:
1) Shared or published with any teacher-identifying information
2) Shared or published without prior notification to the individual and Association.
3) Used to determine any type of base or additional compensation.
C. Evaluators shall not consider school-wide, or District-wide, Summative Performance Ratings when evaluating individual teachers. (i.e. nothing prohibits an evaluator from evaluating all teachers as Distinguished within a school.)
Use of Results. Any action to be taken on receipt of a positive report which has been confirmed will be taken by the agency head only after receiving a report from the Human Resources Department.
Use of Results. Company may use NEOMED Technology that is not covered by NEOMED Patents for any lawful purpose.
