Use of Salary Continuation. Salary Continuation is not payable for medical appointments once the employee is released to full duty, has exhausted all available Salary Continuation. An employee on Transitional Duty who has exhausted all available Salary Continuation, may elect to use available paid leave or leave without pay if they are still unable to return to work.
