Reopening of Negotiations. Negotiations on the existing Agreement may be reopened on any item(s) at any time prior to the expiration of the Agreement, provided that both Parties mutually agree in writing to reopen negotiations on said item(s).
Reopening of Negotiations. A. The Association and District may propose changes in the Agreement consistent with Article 3, “Negotiations Procedures”.
B. Negotiations may be reopened on proposed changes in this Agreement at any time by mutual consent of the parties.
C. This Agreement, including provisions agreed upon through any reopening as described above, shall remain in full force and effect until such time as a successor agreement is ratified by the parties.
Reopening of Negotiations. For the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years and as set forth in Article XIII, the parties shall negotiate the distribution of the available percentage amount, if any, between salary schedule and/or health and welfare benefit improvement. In addition, each party shall have the right to reopen on three articles (other than salary and health/welfare). CSEA shall submit its initial reopener proposal for 2023-2024 and 2024- 2025 by June 1 of each year.
Reopening of Negotiations. A. The Association, or its successor, shall notify the School District No. 1 Trustees of their desire to negotiate a new agreement on or before November 1, preceding the termination date of this agreement.
B. In the event the Association or its successor request negotiation of a new agreement, the Association and the Board of Trustees agree to initiate negotiations on or before December 15, preceding the termination of this agreement.
C. Either team desiring a special meeting shall make the request known to the Superintendent. The Superintendent will confer with both chairpersons to assign a time, date and place of mutual agreement.
D. The full gaining committee will meet to review and agree on the intent of all language and changes to the negotiated agreement. Changes will be presented to the LEA and the Board of Trustees by the gaining team. Within one week of these presentations, either side may request one meeting of the gaining team to clarify any language changes made on the negotiated agreement to more accurately reflect the intent of the gaining team. No new issues may be brought forth. It is the sole responsibility of the gaining committee to accept or reject suggested clarifications of language. The final step will be voting on the negotiated contract by LEA and Board of Trustees.
Reopening of Negotiations. Negotiations on a new Enterprise Agreement shall commence not earlier than the nominal expiry date of this agreement.

This Agreement contains the entire Agreement of the parties on all matters relative to wages, hours, working conditions, and all other matters which have been, or could have been, negotiated by and between the parties prior to the execution of this Agreement.

2. The City, in its sole discretion, may reopen this Agreement for the purpose of negotiating additional provisions, or modification of existing provisions thereto where new federal or state legislation (or regulations) have created a hardship upon the City in implementing any of the terms of this Agreement. In that case, the parties, at the City's request, shall promptly meet to negotiate such new provisions, or revisions of existing provisions, as would alleviate the hardship upon the City.
Reopening of Negotiations. Each year during the term of this agreement, which can be found in Article 2, the parties may reopen salary, health benefits and two articles of each party’s choosing. Re-openers shall be submitted jointly by the District and the Federation no later than the regularly scheduled meeting in May unless an extension is agreed upon by both the Federation and the District.
