USE OF SITE MAIL BOXES. 9.3.1 The Association shall have reasonable use of the internal school mail system to distribute organizational materials which conforms to the content restrictions of section 9.4 hereof. It shall provide to the Superintendent a complete copy of the material to be deposited in school mailboxes when distributed to all unit members.
