Common use of Use of Space Clause in Contracts

Use of Space. ALEC Inc., shall use the Remote Collocation Space for the purposes of installing, maintaining and operating ALEC Inc.,’s equipment (to include testing and monitoring equipment) necessary, for interconnection with BellSouth services and facilities, including access to unbundled network elements, for the provision of telecommunications services. The Remote Collocation Space may be used for no other purposes except as specifically described herein or authorized in writing by BellSouth.
