Use of Suites. All TOs covering a single primary Task Area out of Task Area 2 and/or Task Area 5, or a combination thereof, will be solicited and awarded under Suite 1, Restricted Suite. Any TO including Task Areas 1, 3, 4, 6, and 7 will be competed under Suite 2, Unrestricted Full and Open Competition, regardless of whether the TO also includes tasks under Task Area 2, Task Area 5, or a combination thereof.
Use of Suites. Not use or permit the Suites to be used otherwise than as a residence for the Resident and Permitted Residents or such other use as may approved by PPSBKK in writing .If the Resident is a corporation, in the event that there is any change in the persons occupying the Suite, the Resident shall promptly inform PPSBKK of that change in writing at least one day in advance in the form which PPSBKK may prescribe from time to time and further that the Resident shall inform PPSBKK in writing of the indentify of the resident(s) of the Suite and shall similarly inform PPSBKK of any changes in the identity of the resident(s) at least one day in advance of the new resident(s) checking in.
Use of Suites. Each suite is available 24 hours a day for use by nursing mothers. Nursing mothers may use any of the rooms throughout the complex (House/Senate/Capitol) Please help keep your area and lactation suite clean.
