CHECKING IN. When checking into the assigned space, Licensee must complete a Room Inspection upon inspection of the room. This must be completed and submitted via the Housing Portal within 24 hours of occupancy.

CHECKING IN. All students must officially check in through the rental office before taking occupancy of the apartment. Specific apartment assignments are not final until student takes possession.
CHECKING IN. All Members, upon entering Center, are required to check in at the Reception Desk by SCANNING ASSIGNED MEMBERSHIP SCAN CARD. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN INVOLUNTARY TERMINATION. GUEST POLICY: All non-members must register and guest fees must be paid before entering. VALUABLES AND PERSONAL PROPERTY: Members are asked not to bring valuables into The Community Center or on its premises. Community Center management and employees are not reliable for storage, safekeeping, or damage of member’s property. The Community Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
CHECKING IN. After booking you will be given a code for the front door to the common area and your private room door. When you arrive just go to your room and let yourself in. Late check ins are no problem. Due to the narrow roads and possible slow traffic, it is sometimes difficult to tell exactly when you will arrive. We understand and are flexible. If you are arriving after dark, we will turn the lights on for you. If you arrive between 12 am and 10 am please observe our quiet hours. Do not disturb our other guests in the room next to you. If you need the manager the office is located around the back of the lodge on the upper deck. Just follow the signs. The manager’s hours are 10 am-5 pm. Check out time is at 10 A.M. It is appreciated if your check out is punctual so that we can prepare the lodge for our next guests.
