Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider grants to Customer a limited, worldwide, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license during the term of this Agreement to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with Customer’s permitted access and use of the Platform under this Agreement.
Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant to you and your Affiliates a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as explicitly permitted in in this Agreement) right during the term of this Agreement to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with use of the Service in accordance with this Agreement.
Use of the Documentation. Subject to the Terms TORTUS grants to Subscriber a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license, without right of sublicense, during the term of this Agreement to internally use the Documentation solely in connection with use of the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Icertis grants to Subscriber a limited, nontransferable (except in connection with the transfer of this Agreement pursuant to Section11.6), nonexclusive license, without right of sublicense, for the term defined in the Order Form to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with Subscriber’s use of the SaaS in accordance with this Agreement.
Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Trovata grants to Client a limited, nontransferable (except in connection with the transfer of this Agreement pursuant to Section 12.10), nonexclusive license, without right of sublicense, for the defined terms in the Order Form to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with Client’s use of the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Mobilize grants to Licensee a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as permitted in Section 11.2) license, without right of sublicense, during the term of this Agreement to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with its internal use of the Mobilize Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Publisher grants to Customer during the Term a worldwide, nonexclusive, nontransferable license, without right of sublicense, to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with use of the Offerings.
Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Vette grants to Client a limited, nontransferable (except in connection with the transfer of this Agreement pursuant to Section 13.10), nonexclusive license, without right of sublicense, to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with Client’s use of the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any Order Form, Nuventive grants to Licensee a limited, worldwide, non- exclusive, non-transferable license, without right of sublicense, during the Term of this Agreement and any applicable Order Form to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with use of the Software Products.
Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apptio grants to Subscriber a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as permitted in Section 12.2) license, without right of sublicense, during the term of this Agreement to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with use of the Subscription Services in accordance with this Agreement.
