USE OF THE SERVICE, STATUTORY AND REGULATORY PROVISIONS AND SUBSCRIBER APPARATUS. The Subscriber shall at all times comply with all statutory or other regulatory provisions relating to wireless telegraphy and telecommunications services applying to the provision and use of the Services and Equipment, from time to time. In addition, the Subscriber shall: comply with any instructions issued by Zinia which concerns the Subscriber’s use of the Services, the Equipment or any related matters; provide Zinia with all such necessary information that Zinia may reasonably request; and only use apparatus which is approved for use with the System by Zinia in writing. Failure to comply with the above provisions shall be construed as a material breach of the Agreement and shall allow Zinia to terminate the Agreement without any further notice should the Subscriber fail to comply with such obligations.

Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or Your order, You have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use the Services during the period defined in Your order, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement or Your order (the “Services Period”), solely for Your internal business operations. You may allow Your Users (as defined below) to use the Services for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with this Agreement and Your order.

Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity. You do not own or have any rights (other than those expressly granted to you) to a particular IP address, even if you are utilizing a static IP address.

  • Specific Provisions for Access Rights to Software For the avoidance of doubt, the general provisions for Access Rights provided for in this Section 9 are applicable also to Software. Parties’ Access Rights to Software do not include any right to receive source code or object code ported to a certain hardware platform or any right to receive respective Software documentation in any particular form or detail, but only as available from the Party granting the Access Rights.

  • Your Use of the Service 4.1 You will not use the Service in any way that would constitute or contribute to the commission of a crime, tort, fraud, or other unlawful activity (including activities deemed unlawful under a complainant’s legal jurisdiction) (“Laws”). You will indemnify, and keep us fully indemnified, against all costs, claims, demands, expenses, and liabilities arising out of, or in connection with, any claim that the Service (or its use) infringes any Laws.
