USE OF THE VEHICLE. 15.1 The Customer agrees that, during the Rental Period, the Customer will not allow the Vehicle to be: (a) driven otherwise than in a prudent and cautious manner. A single Vehicle rollover is considered a breach of this condition. A single Vehicle rollover may include, but is not limited to, a vehicle that has rolled, tipped or fallen over and this has caused damage to the side and/or roof area of the Vehicle in circumstances within the control of the Customer. Customers who have purchased The Bundle (in conjunction with the Liability Reduction Option) or the maui Inclusive Pack will have the cost of damage resulting from an accidental single vehicle rollover covered, provided that the Customer has not otherwise breached this agreement in relation to the rollover; (b) driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs or with a blood alcohol level in excess of that permitted by law; (c) left with the ignition key in the Vehicle while it is unoccupied; (d) submerged in water, brought into contact with salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas; (e) used for any illegal purpose or in any race, rally or contest; (f) used to tow any vehicle or trailer; (g) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward; (h) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement; (i) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; and (j) used for transporting and haulage of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental. 15.2 Road restrictions apply as follows: (a) maui vehicles may only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well-maintained roads. (b) Vehicles are not permitted to be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October). The Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roads. 15.3 We value your well-being, and for safety purposes, maui reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to: (a) adverse road or weather conditions; (b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and informed and confirm the repair in advance. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted for any repair or the claim will not be paid. 16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defective, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centre.

(d) submerged in water, brought into contact with salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;
(ef) used for any illegal purpose or in any racerally, rally race or contest;
(f) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(g) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(h) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreementlaw;
(ih) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; andflammable material inside the Vehicle;
(ji) used for transporting and haulage the purpose of transportation of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental.;
15.2 Road j) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;

Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North any unsealed road except for reasonable use of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads limited to recognised commercial campgrounds and National Parks. Any 4WD Tracks and Gravel Roads such as Xxxx River Road / Great Central Road / Xxxxxxxx Hyw / Buntine Hyw / Tanami Rd / Sandover / Plenty Hyw / Savanna Hyw / Cape York & access to Lawn Xxxx XX are not allowed with a 2WD Campervan;
b) above 60 km/hr on any gravel, dirt or other unsealed road;
c) any unformed tracks and beaches;
d) along the Canning Stock Route (from 01 June except for Kat E Outback Troopcarrier and with written permission of TCC);
e) on Fraser Island and along the Old Telegraph Track on Cape York;

(f) used to tow any vehicle not use the Vehicle when it is damaged or trailerunsafe;
(g) used not use the Vehicle to carry passengers or property for hire or rewardtransport goods, except in compliance with all necessary approvals, permits, licences and government requirements (to be obtained at Your cost) and in accordance with the Vehicle manufacturer's and BettaCns Airport Car Hire’s recommendations;
(h) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in not use the Vehicle manual for the conveyance or on towing of any load which is incorrectly loaded or secured or is in excess of that for which the Vehicle or specified in this Agreementwas constructed;
(i) used not, without BettaCns Airport Car Hire’s prior written consent, use the Vehicle to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives any inflammable substance which has a flash point under 22.8°C or any other explosive or corrosive or inflammable materialsubstances; and
(j) used for transporting and haulage not use the Vehicle in contravention of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rentalany law.

(a) adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length respect of the hire period; and informed and confirm the repair in advance. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted for any repair or the claim will not be paid.
16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged Vehicle during the Rental Period except Period.

(c) Be driven for any business or commercial use;
(d) Be driven by anyone whose blood alcohol concentration exceeds the lawful percentage;
(e) Be driven by anyone who has consumed or is under the influence of any illegal substance;
(f) Be driven during any adverse weather or other unsafe conditions;
(g) Be driven with snow chains fitted;
(h) Be used to carry persons for hire, gain or reward;
(i) Be used to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials;
(j) Be used to push or tow any vehicle, trailer, boat, or other object (unless authorised in advance by Bunk Campers);
(k) Carry any greater load and/or number of persons than for which the Vehicle is designed;
(l) Be used for racing, pace-making, speed trials, or driving in a dangerous, wilful, or reckless manner;
(m) Be used to carry illegal substances or product either for commercial purposes, financial gain, or delivery of such goods;
(n) Be driven in an unsafe or unroadworthy condition;
(o) Be driven on unsealed and non-public roads;
(p) Be driven on any unnumbered roads and highways;
(q) Be driven without the permission of Bunk Campers;
(r) Be driven other than in a cautious, prudent, and normal manner;
(s) Be left unattended with the ignition key in the Vehicle ignition.
(t) Be left unlocked while it is unoccupied;
(du) Be submerged in water, brought water or to come into contact with salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;; or
(ev) used for any illegal purpose or in any race, rally or contest;
(f) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(g) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(h) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;

(a) to adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and informed and confirm the repair in advance. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted for conditions or any repair or the claim will not be paidother reasonable cause.
16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defective, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centre.

(cf) left with the ignition key in the Vehicle while it is unoccupied;

b) Allow the vehicle to be operated outside his or her authority;

A single Vehicle rollover may include, but age or is disqualified from holding or is not limited tothe holder of a current driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle, a vehicle that has rolled, tipped or fallen over and this has caused damage to drives outside the side and/or roof area of the Vehicle in circumstances within the control of the Customer. Customers who have purchased The Bundle (in conjunction conditions associated with the Liability Reduction Option) or the maui Inclusive Pack will have the cost of damage resulting from an accidental single vehicle rollover covered, provided that the Customer has not otherwise breached this agreement in relation to the rolloverlicence type;
(be) Allow the vehicle to be driven by a person anyone under the influence of alcohol alcohol, drugs, or drugs any other substance that affects his or with a blood alcohol level in excess of that permitted by lawher ability to drive the vehicle;
(cf) left with Operate the ignition key in the Vehicle while vehicle or allow it is unoccupied;
(d) submerged in water, brought into contact with salt water, used to be operated in a creek or river crossingrace, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;
(e) used for any illegal purpose or in any racespeed test, rally or contest;
g) Operate or allow the vehicle to be used in involvement with any illegal activity;
h) Use or allow the vehicle to be used for the transport of passengers by hire or reward unless the vehicle is hired with the knowledge of the Owner for use in a passenger service licensed under part 4A of the Land Transport Xxx 0000.
i) Operate the vehicle or allow it to be operated in breach of the Land Transport Xxx 0000, the Land Transport (fRoad Safety and Other Matters) used Amendment Xxx 0000, Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004, or any other Act, regulations, rules, or bylaws relating to road traffic;
j) Operate the vehicle, or allow it to be operated for the transport of more than the number of passengers or more than the gross vehicle mass specified in the certificate of loading for the vehicle;
k) Operate the vehicle, or allow it to be operated to tow or propel any vehicle or trailerother vehicle, except any luggage trailer supplied by the Owner;
(gl) used to carry passengers or property for hire or rewardTransport any animal in the vehicle;
(hm) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority Drive or detailed in allow the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;
(i) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; and
(j) used for transporting and haulage of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental.

(b) Vehicles are not permitted vehicle to be driven on any beach including Ninety Mile Beach, unformed road, driveway or other surface likely to damage the vehicle;
n) Drive on any of the following roads: Tasman Valley Rd (Mt Xxxx), Skippers Road Canyon Rd (Queenstown), ; The details of the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October)vehicle are described in the Rental Agreement. The Customer condition of the vehicle is recorded, including by way of stored images, prior to the commencement of each hire. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition making an allowance for normal wear and tear. The Hirer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roadsany repairs required.
15.3 We value your well-being, and for safety purposes, maui reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and informed and confirm the repair in advance. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted for any repair or the claim will not be paid.

USE OF THE VEHICLE. 15.1 The Customer agrees that, during the Rental Period, the Customer will not allow the Vehicle to be:

(e) used for any illegal purpose or in any race, rally or contest;
(f) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(g) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(h) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;
(i) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; and
(j) used for transporting and haulage of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental.
15.2 Road restrictions apply as follows:
(a) Use of maui vehicles may only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well-maintained roads.
(b) Vehicles are not permitted to be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) products and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October). services The Customer is responsible for the activity and use of all damage if travelling on these roads.
15.3 We value your well-beinggoods and services purchased from maui. The Customer and any user that the Customer permits to use a maui product or service, is solely responsible for observing safe driving, operating, and for safety purposesother practices so as to avoid accidents or injury to persons or property. It is the Customer’s responsibility to use all maui products and services (including the use and reliance of any data provided through an associated device (“Data”)) in a careful, maui reserves the rightsensible, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; responsible and informed and confirm the repair in advance. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted for any repair or the claim will not be paid.
16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defective, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centre.safety-conscious

(eg) used for any illegal purpose or in any race, rally or contest;
(fh) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(gi) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(hj) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;
(ik) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; and
(jl) used for transporting and haulage of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental.
15.2 13.2 Road restrictions apply as follows:

(b) Vehicles are not permitted to be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October). The Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roadsunsealed roads as defined in clause 19.8.
15.3 We value your well-being, and for safety purposes, maui reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and informed and confirm the repair in advance. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted for any repair or the claim will not be paid.

iii. Carry more passengers than may be properly accommodated by the seat belt restraints provided in the Vehicle, or carry a greater load than that for which the Vehicle was built;
iv. Permit passengers to travel in the Vehicle unless they are seated in forward-facing seats (gexcept for the Motorhome) and are properly restrained with the seat belts provided in the Vehicle;
v. Be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or have a blood alcohol content that exceeds the legal limit in the country in which the Vehicle is driven;
vi. Allow the Vehicle to be used to carry passengers for payment of any kind or property for sublet or hire or rewardthe Vehicle to any other person;
vii. Use cookers inside the cabin of the Vehicle (hexcluding the motorhome) used to carry more persons than is permitted by or in a dangerous manner;
viii. Transport any relevant authority or detailed animal in the Vehicle manual or on other than a Guide Dog;
ix. Use the Vehicle when it is damaged or specified in this Agreementunsafe;
(i) used x. Use the Vehicle to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; and
(j) used for transporting and haulage of transport goods other than what might those which would be reasonably expected contemplated in connection with the permitted purpose of the Vehicle
xi. Without our prior written consent, use the Vehicle to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive substance other than that which has been provided by us;
xii. Use the Vehicle in contravention of any law;
xiii. Transport any children in a leisure rentalmanner which is not following the law set out in the country/countries visited.
15.2 Road restrictions apply as follows:

15.3 We value your well-being, our terms and for safety purposes, maui reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and informed and confirm the repair in advance. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October). The Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roads.
15.3 14.3 We value your well-well being, and for safety purposes, maui Mighty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and
(c) any concerns Mighty, its employees or agents may have regarding driver experience or ability. Mighty will advise you on pick-up of any travel restrictions known at that time. We strongly recommend that you check for current road restrictions and informed and confirm closures during your rental by visiting the repair New Zealand Transport Authority’s website at xxx.xxxx.xxxx.xx.
14.4 Where Mighty mandates a change in advancedrop off location, fees as per Clause 6 will not apply.
14.5 The Customer shall not make any alterations or additions to the Vehicle without the prior written consent of Mighty.
14.6 The Customer will not allow any animals to be carried in the Vehicle, excluding registered guide dogs. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided Mighty reserves the right to charge the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted a NZ$250 cleaning fee for any repair or the claim will not be paidanimal related cleaning.
16.2 Unless 14.7 The Customer shall take all reasonable steps to properly maintain the Customer has taken Vehicle, including daily checks of the Liability Reduction Optionoil, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defectivewater and batteries, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centrewill contact Mighty immediately should vehicle warning lights indicate any potential malfunction.

USE OF THE VEHICLE. 15.1 The Customer agrees thatYou must take care of the Vehicle, during keep it in good repair and condition, pay any fines for which you may be liable, reimburse the Rental PeriodLessor for any damage to the Vehicle, and refund the Customer Lessor for any costs it incurs. You are liable for all fees, taxes, fines and penalties incurred in connection with the use of the Vehicle and for which the Lessor is charged, unless they have arisen through the fault of the Lessor. You must never leave the Vehicle unoccupied with the keys in the ignition. Non-return of the keys will not allow lead to invalidation of the theft cover. You undertake to use the Vehicle in a responsible manner and in particular, only for the purposes for which it is intended. We reserve the right to install a Telematics Device in the Vehicle to be:
track the location and use of the Vehicle, proactively monitor & plan maintenance work, and to monitor Driver behaviour. In particular, you must not use the Vehicle under any of the following conditions or for any of the following purposes: transportation of dangerous goods, including toxic, corrosive, radioactive or other harmful substances; carrying anything which, because of its smell or condition, xxxxx the Vehicle or causes the Lessor to lose time or money before it can rent the Vehicle again; transportation of live animals (a) driven otherwise than with the exception of domestic pets, subject to prior authorisation by Maun Motors); re-rental to or use by other persons (unless expressly agreed beforehand, in writing, by Maun Motors); carrying passengers for hire or reward (except as permitted under the Minibus Act 1977 and where hirer holds a prudent and cautious mannervalid & current applicable “Operator Licence”); participating in rallies, competitions or trials, wherever they may take place; giving driving lessons; travelling on non-paved roads or on roads, the surface or state of repair of which could put the vehicle's wheels, tyres or its under body mechanics at risk; in any way which breaks the highway Code, road traffic laws or any other laws; in any way which could invalidate the Hirers or Lessors insurance; for towing (unless expressly agreed beforehand, in writing, by Maun Motors); you must not sell, rent or dispose of the vehicle or any of its parts, or give anyone any legal rights over the vehicle; none of the goods & baggage carried in the Vehicle, including their packing & stowage equipment, will be permitted to damage the Vehicle, nor put the occupants abnormally at risk; you must always protect the vehicle against bad weather, which can cause damage; you must make sure that you use only the correct fuel. (b) driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs or with a blood alcohol level in excess of that permitted by law;
(c) left with the ignition key in the Vehicle while it is unoccupied;
(d) submerged in water, brought into contact with salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;
(e) used for any illegal purpose or in any race, rally or contest;
(f) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;

j) Operate the vehicle, or allow it to be operated for the transport of more than the number of passengers or more than the gross vehicle mass specified in the certificate of loading for the vehicle;
k) Operate the vehicle, or allow it to be operated to tow or propel any vehicle or trailerother vehicle, except any luggage trailer supplied by the Owner;
(gl) used to carry passengers or property for hire or rewardTransport any animal in the vehicle;
(hm) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority Drive or detailed in allow the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;

The Customer vehicle must be returned in the same condition making an allowance for normal wear and tear. The Hirer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roadsany repairs required.
15.3 We value your well-being, and for safety purposes, maui reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and informed and confirm the repair in advance. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted for any repair or the claim will not be paid.
16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defective, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centre.

(b) which access is excluded ; - driven by a person in any way under the influence of alcohol or drugs drugs, or with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit ; - driven by any person not authorised by us to do so (see Glossary Of Terms, Driver/Drivers) ; - driven by any person under the age of 25 ; - driven by any person not legally entitled to drive a motor vehicle ; - driven by any person not legally entitled to drive a motor vehicle of this type ; - driven by any person not in excess possession of that permitted by law;
(c) a full valid driving licence ; - left unoccupied with any of the keys in or on the vehicle ; - left unoccupied with the ignition key CD/radio fascia in place ; - left unoccupied without the Vehicle while it is unoccupied;
(d) steering lock in place ; - submerged in water, brought or put into contact with salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;
(e) water ; - used for any illegal purpose purpose, or in for any race, rally or contest;
(f) contest ; - used to tow any other vehicle or trailer;
(g) and/or trailer ; - used to carry passengers or passengers/property for hire or reward;
(h) and reward ; - used to carry more persons passengers/property than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;
(i) specific hire agreement entered into ; - used to carry volatile material (including but not limited to liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive corrosives) ; - used in any way that would breach your obligations under the hire agreement ; - permit smoking in or inflammable materialnear the campervan or awning ; and
(j) - lent or hired the campervan to a third party ; - used for transporting and haulage to carry more passengers than the permitted capacity of goods other than what might be reasonably expected the camper van ; - moved without the written consent the rental company out of a leisure rental.
15.2 Road restrictions apply as follows:
(a) maui vehicles may only be driven the permitted counties on sealed/bitumen or well-maintained roads.
(b) Vehicles are not permitted to be driven the UK mainland ; - used on Skippers Road (Queenstown), the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October). The Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roads.

(i) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; material and;
(j) used for the purpose of transporting and haulage of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental.
15.2 13.2 Road restrictions apply as follows:

(a) to adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) , and the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and informed and confirm . Japan Campers will advise you on pick-up of any travel restrictions known at that time.
13.4 Where Japan Campers mandates a change in drop off location, no additional fees will apply.
13.5 The Customer shall not make any alterations or additions to the repair in advance. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided Vehicle without the prior written consent from Japan Campers.
13.6 The Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted for any repair or the claim will not allow any animals to be paidcarried in the Vehicle.

i) Use of the vehicle in any manner which might render void your Insurance Policy or other breach of the Rental PeriodAgreement.
j) Carry more passengers than may be properly accommodated by the seat belt restraints provided in the vehicle, the Customer will not allow or carry a greater load than that for which the Vehicle was built.
k) Permit passengers to be:
(a) driven otherwise than travel in a prudent the vehicle unless they are seated in forward-facing seats and cautious manner. A single Vehicle rollover is considered a breach of this condition. A single Vehicle rollover may include, but is not limited to, a vehicle that has rolled, tipped or fallen over and this has caused damage to the side and/or roof area of the Vehicle in circumstances within the control of the Customer. s) Any cost including and not limited to theft and damage incurred to any Hiraeth Campers Ltd.’s vehicle as a result of your visit to a country outside of the EU will be charged to you alongside an administration fee of £50 +VAT
t) Hiraeth Campers Ltd reserves the right to terminate your hire immediately or request you to take the shortest and safest route back into an EU Country.
16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defective, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centre.

(ce) left with the ignition key in the Vehicle while it is unoccupied;
(df) submerged in water, brought into contact with salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;
(eg) used for any illegal purpose or in any race, rally or contest;
(fh) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(gi) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(hj) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;
(ik) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; and
(jl) used for transporting and haulage of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental.
15.2 13.2 Use of Mighty products and services The Customer is responsible for the activity and use of all goods and services purchased from Mighty. The Customer and any user that the Customer permits to use a Mighty product or service, is solely responsible for observing safe driving, operating, and other practices so as to avoid accidents or injury to persons or property. It is the Customer’s responsibility to use all Mighty products and services (including the use and reliance of any data provided through an associated device (“Data”)) in a careful, sensible, responsible and safety-conscious manner. You must not use or knowingly permit others to use the products or services for any fraudulent, malicious, inappropriate or illegal purposes, or in a manner that may threaten or cause harm to any other person, Mighty, or otherwise disrupt the proper operation of the product, service, or network. Use of Data or any feature provided through a Mighty product or service is at the Customer’s own risk and is intended as a reference tool only. The use and interpretation of the Data is your responsibility and you acknowledge and agree that the Data may not be suitable or verified by anyone, and may contain inaccurate or incomplete information due to the passage of time, changing circumstances, sources used, and the nature of collecting geographic data, any of which may lead to incorrect or unreliable results.
13.3 Road restrictions apply as follows:
(a) maui vehicles may only Vehicles must not be driven used on sealed/any unsealed road (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or well-maintained roadsconcrete). Off road conditions include, but are not limited to: fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields or paddocks. The only exception to this is reasonable use of access roads limited to a maximum of twelve kilometres in length to recognised commercial campgrounds.
(b) Vehicles are not permitted to be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October). The Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roadsunsealed roads as defined in clause 19.8.

15.2 Road restrictions apply as follows:
(a) maui vehicles may only be driven the areas indicated by me to the lessor. - Driven on sealed/bitumen or well-maintained roads.
(b) Vehicles roads that are not sealed / bitumen roads. - Driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs or with a blood alcohol level in excess of that permitted by law. - Left with the ignition key in the vehicle while it is unoccupied. - Left unoccupied without closing the blinds/curtains for added security. Driven by persons: - Under the age of 25 years; or - Who are not authorised by law or the lessor to be driven on Skippers Road drive the Vehicle. Damaged by: - submersion in water and or contact with any salt water. I/we shall take all reasonable steps to properly maintain the Vehicle, including oil checks, water and batteries. I/we acknowledge that the lessor will reimburse me/us for expenditure up to £40.00 reasonably incurred in rectifying any mechanical failure to the drive train and engine of the Vehicle (Queenstown)not including the water system, refrigerator, heating, audio and TV/DVD equipment) provided that: I/we produce relevant receipts. I/we have received the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North prior consent of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October)the lessor. The Customer damage is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roads.
15.3 We value your well-being, and for safety purposes, maui reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not due to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road my/our fault or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation breach of this Agreement. Subject to the length terms of the hire period; and informed and confirm the repair in advance. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided the Customer was not responsible for the damage. 16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer I/we will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if provided that the lessor will reimburse me/us for expenditure reasonably incurred if; - I/we produce relevant receipts. - The tyre is defectivedefective and is returned by me to the lessor for inspection. - The manufacturer accepts liability under its warranty. I/we will be liable for any costs associated with the incorrect use of fuel which for this equipment is diesel. In the event of an accident, loss or damage arising out of the use of the vehicle, I/we will: - Notify the lessor as soon as practicable or at least within 24 hours of the happening of the event. - Obtain the names and inspected addresses of third parties and confirmed any witnesses and report the event to the nearest police station. - Complete a European accident report form as supplied (when in Europe). - Not make any admission of liability to other parties, settlement offer or other like offer. - Assist the lessor in handling any claim arising from any event, including providing all relevant information and attending Court to give evidence. I/we acknowledge that the excess or other amount due by me/us in respect of any damage arising from an accident, loss or damage is payable at the time of reporting the event and not at the completion of the rental period. I/we will pay for any costs relating to the delivery of a maui authorised service centrechange over vehicle as a result of an accident regardless of which party is at fault. I am/we are aware that: - The Vehicle is insured for damage to the Vehicle and the property of a third party. - The excess is £500.00 Accidental Damage, Fire, Theft & Glass (£750.00 excess for drivers aged 23 & 24 and £1,000 excess for drivers aged 21 & 22 and for drivers aged 76 to 79). I am/we are aware that; - I am/we are responsible for any damage above cab height as this is deemed as negligence. - I am/we are responsible for any damage howsoever caused to the awning. - Any damage howsoever caused to the interior of the motorhome. - I am/we are responsible for the rectification of any frozen pipe work.

(ef) used for any illegal purpose or in any racerally, rally race or contest;
(f) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(g) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(h) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreementlaw;
(ih) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; andflammable material inside the Vehicle;
(ji) used for transporting and haulage the purpose of transportation of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental.;
15.2 Road j) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;

(a) maui vehicles may only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well-maintained roads.

c) any unformed tracks and beaches;
d) along the Canning Stock Route (from 01 June except for Kat E Outback Troopcarrier and with written permission of TCC);
e) on Fraser Island and along the Old Telegraph Track on Cape York;
7.3 In addition to 31 October). The Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roads.

(b) making sure that it is protected from the weather;
(c) maintaining the engine and brake oils and coolant level and tyre pressures;
(d) using the correct fuel type; and
(e) making sure it is not overloaded.
10.2 You and any Additional Driver must make sure that the Vehicle is locked when not in use or unattended and the keys or remote control device must be kept in Your possession, or that of any Additional Driver, at all times and are never left in the ignition when the Vehicle is unattended.
10.3 You and any Additional Driver must not drive the Vehicle in a reckless manner so that a substantial breach of road safety laws and regulations will occur.
10.4 You and any Additional Driver must not:
(a) allow the Vehicle to be driven by anyone who is not a person Member;
(b) damage the Vehicle deliberately or recklessly and You must take reasonable steps to prevent anyone else from doing so;
(c) use the Vehicle for any illegal purpose;
(d) operate the Vehicle at any time that it is unsafe to do so;
(e) modify the Vehicle in any way;
(f) sell, rent, lease or dispose of the Vehicle;
(g) register or claim to be entitled to register any interest in the Vehicle under the Personal Property Securities Xxx 0000.
(h) smoke, or imbibe or inhale any illicit drugs in the Vehicle;
(i) remove or attempt to remove any security equipment or other equipment fitted to or provided with or in the Vehicle unless You are instructed by Motopool to do so;
(j) use the Vehicle to carry passengers for remuneration, reward or for rideshare purposes;
(k) take part in any race, rally, pace-making, trials, speed testing or similar event, whether legal or otherwise, using the Vehicle;
(l) operate the Vehicle or allow the Vehicle to be operated in any illegal manner including where the operator of the Vehicle is under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other substance impairing their ability to operate the Vehicle;
(m) use the Vehicle to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials in quantities above that used for domestic quantities;
(n) allow any more passengers to travel in the Vehicle than is legally permitted;
(o) allow the Vehicle to be driven:
(i) in any area where snow has fallen or snow chains are recommended;
(ii) onto any island that is off mainland Australia;
(iii) on roads that are prone to flooding or are flooded;
(iv) on beaches, streams, rivers, creeks, dams and floodwaters;
(v) on any road where the police or an authority has issued a warning;
(vi) on any road that is closed; or
(vii) on any road where it would be unsafe to drive the Vehicle;
(p) fail or refuse to undergo a breath analysis or blood test, whether requested by Motopool or the police, for the purposes of determining whether You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs illegal drugs; or
(q) let anyone else repair or with work on the Vehicle or tow or salvage it without Our prior written authority to do so.
10.5 You and any Additional Driver must not:
(a) use the Vehicle to propel or tow any vehicle, trailer or other object without Motopool’s prior express written consent as per the Motopool Guide; or
(b) allow the Vehicle to be driven on an Unsealed Road or Off Road unless the Vehicle is a blood alcohol level in excess Four Wheel Drive and Motopool has given its prior express written consent as per the Motopool Guide.
10.6 You and any Additional Driver must not:
(a) allow any person to step, stand or sit on the roof or any other panel of that permitted by lawthe Vehicle;
(b) fail to secure any load or equipment;
(c) left with remove or attempt to remove the ignition key in e-tag from the Vehicle while it is unoccupied;vehicle; or
(d) submerged in water, brought into contact with salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;
(e) used for any illegal purpose or in any race, rally or contest;
(f) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(g) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(h) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed smoke in the Vehicle manual Vehicle, or on cause the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;
(i) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; and
(j) used for transporting and haulage smell of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rentalsmoke.
15.2 Road restrictions apply as follows10.7 If You or an Authorised Driver has an Accident or if the Vehicle is stolen You must report the Accident or theft to Us within 24 hours of it occurring and fully complete an Accident/Theft report form.
10.8 If the Vehicle is stolen or if You or an Authorised Driver of the Vehicle has an Accident where:
(a) maui vehicles may only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well-maintained roads.
(b) Vehicles are not permitted to be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October). The Customer any person is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roads.
15.3 We value your well-being, and for safety purposes, maui reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditionsinjured;
(b) the distance other party has failed to nominated destinations in relation stop or leaves the scene of the Accident without exchanging names and addresses; or
(c) the other party appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, You or the Authorised Driver must also report the theft or Accident to the length Police.
10.9 If You or an Authorised Driver has an Accident You and the Authorised Driver must:
(a) exchange names and addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses with the other driver;
(b) take the registration numbers of all vehicles involved;
(c) take as many photos as is reasonable showing:
(i) the position of the hire periodVehicles before they are moved for towing or salvage;
(ii) the Damage to the Vehicle;
(iii) the damage to any third party vehicle or property; and
(iv) the general area where the Accident occurred, including any road or traffic signs;
(d) obtain the names, addresses and informed and confirm phone numbers of all witnesses;
(e) not make any admission of fault or promised to pay the repair other party's claim or release the other party from any liability;
(f) forward all third party correspondence or court documents to Us within 7 days of receipt; and
(g) co-operate with Us in advance. Repairs will the prosecution of any legal proceedings that We may institute or defence of any legal proceedings which may be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made instituted against You or Us as a result of an Accident, including attending:
(where applicablei) provided the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted for Our lawyer's office; or
(ii) any repair or the claim will not be paidCourt hearing.
16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defective, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centre.

(eg) used for any illegal purpose or in any race, rally or contest;
(fh) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(gi) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(hj) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;
(ik) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; and
(jl) used for transporting and haulage of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental.
15.2 13.2 Use of Mighty products and services The Customer is responsible for the activity and use of all goods and services purchased from Mighty. The Customer and any user that the Customer permits to use a Mighty product or service, is solely responsible for observing safe driving, operating, and other practices so as to avoid accidents or injury to persons or property. It is the Customer’s responsibility to use all Mighty products and services (including the use and reliance of any data provided through an associated device (“Data”)) in a careful, sensible, responsible and safety-conscious manner. You must not use or knowingly permit others to use the products or services for any fraudulent, malicious, inappropriate or illegal purposes, or in a manner that may threaten or cause harm to any other person, Mighty, or otherwise disrupt the proper operation of the product, service, or network. Use of Data or any feature provided through a Mighty product or service is at the Customer’s own risk and is intended as a reference tool only. The use and interpretation of the Data is your responsibility and you acknowledge and agree that the Data may not be suitable or verified by anyone, and may contain inaccurate or incomplete information due to the passage of time, changing circumstances, sources used, and the nature of collecting geographic data, any of which may lead to incorrect or unreliable results.
13.3 Road restrictions apply as follows:
(a) maui vehicles may only Vehicles must not be driven used on sealed/any unsealed road (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or well-maintained roadsconcrete). Off road conditions include, but are not limited to: fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields or paddocks. The only exception to this is reasonable use of access roads limited to a maximum of twelve kilometres in length to recognised commercial campgrounds.
(b) Vehicles are not permitted to be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October). The Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roadsunsealed roads as defined in clause 19.8.

15.3 14.3 We value your well-well being, and for safety purposes, maui Mighty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and
(c) any concerns Mighty, its employees or agents may have regarding driver experience or ability. Mighty will advise you on pick-up of any travel restrictions known at that time. We strongly recommend that you check for current road restrictions and informed and confirm closures during your rental by visiting the repair New Zealand Transport Authority’s website at xxx.xxxx.xxxx.xx.
14.4 Where Mighty mandates a change in advancedrop off location, fees as per Clause 6 will not apply.
14.5 The Customer shall not make any alterations or additions to the Vehicle without the prior written consent of Mighty.
14.6 The Customer will not allow any animals to be carried in the Vehicle, excluding registered guide dogs. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided Mighty reserves the right to charge the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted a NZ$250 cleaning fee for any repair or the claim will not be paidanimal related cleaning.
16.2 Unless 14.7 The Customer shall take all reasonable steps to properly maintain the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer Vehicle and will pay for the cost of repairing contact Mighty immediately should any and all vehicle warning lights indicate any malfunction or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defective, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centrepotential malfunction.

Customers who have purchased The Bundle (in conjunction with the Liability Reduction Option) or the maui Mighty Inclusive Pack will have the cost of damage resulting from an accidental single vehicle Vehicle rollover covered, provided that the Customer has not otherwise breached this agreement Agreement in relation to the rollover;
(b) driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs or with a blood alcohol level in excess of that permitted by law;
(c) left with the ignition key in the Vehicle while it is unoccupied;
(d) submerged in water, brought into contact with salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;
(e) used for any illegal purpose or in any a race, rally or contest;
(f) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(g) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(h) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;
(i) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; and
(j) used for transporting and haulage of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental.
15.2 14.2 Use of Mighty products and services The Customer is responsible for the activity and use of all goods and services purchased from Mighty. The Customer and any user that the Customer permits to use a Mighty product or service, is solely responsible for observing safe driving, operating, and other practices so as to avoid accidents or injury to persons or property. It is the Customer’s responsibility to use all Mighty products and services (including the use and reliance of any data provided through an associated device (“Data”)) in a careful, sensible, responsible and safety-conscious manner. You must not use or knowingly permit others to use the products or services for any fraudulent, malicious, inappropriate or illegal purposes, or in a manner that may threaten or cause harm to any other person, Mighty, or otherwise disrupt the proper operation of the product, service, or network. Use of Data or any feature provided through a Mighty product or service is at the Customer’s own risk and is intended as a reference tool only. The use and interpretation of the Data is your responsibility and you acknowledge and agree that the Data may not be suitable or verified by anyone, and may contain inaccurate or incomplete information due to the passage of time, changing circumstances, sources used, and the nature of collecting geographic data, any of which may lead to incorrect or unreliable results.
14.3 Driving campervans on certain roads in New Zealand can be both difficult and dangerous. Accordingly, to protect customers’ safety, Mighty limits the roads our customers can travel on. Road restrictions apply as follows:
(a) maui vehicles Mighty Vehicles may only be driven on sealed/sealed/ bitumen or well-maintained roads.
(b) Vehicles are not permitted to be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October). The Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roads.
15.3 14.4 We value your well-well being, and for safety purposes, maui Mighty reserves the right, at its sole discretionacting reasonably, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and
(c) any concerns Mighty, its employees or agents may have regarding driver experience or ability. Mighty will advise you on pick-up of any travel restrictions known at that time. We strongly recommend that you check for current road restrictions and informed and confirm closures during your rental by visiting the repair New Zealand Transport Agency’s website at xxx.xxxx.xxxx.xx.
14.5 The Customer shall not make any alterations or additions to the Vehicle without the prior written consent of Mighty.
14.6 The Customer will not allow any animals to be carried in advancethe Vehicle, excluding registered guide dogs. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided Mighty reserves the right to charge the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted a NZ$250 cleaning fee for any repair or the claim will not be paidanimal related cleaning.
16.2 Unless 14.7 The Customer shall take all reasonable steps to properly maintain the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer Vehicle and will pay for the cost of repairing contact Mighty immediately should any and all Vehicle warning lights indicate any malfunction or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defective, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centrepotential malfunction.

USE OF THE VEHICLE. 15.1 7.1 The Customer agrees thatVehicle may only be utilised for the duration of the Rental Period, including an extended period, if any, where such extended period is approved by Rolling in writing, and is subject to the Vehicle’s availability.
7.2 The Renter and/or Authorised Driver agree that any extension so noted on Rolling’s records correctly reflect such extended period.
7.3 The Vehicle may only be driven by Driver/s authorized by the Renter in writing during the Rental Period, and the Customer Renter, hereby agrees to ensure that only drivers so appointed as Authorised Drivers, will not allow operate the vehicle during the Rental Period.
7.4 During the Rental Period, the Vehicle may not be used, without limitation, for the conveyance of passengers and / or goods for reward; to be:
propel or tow any other vehicle (a) driven otherwise than in a prudent and cautious manner. A single Vehicle rollover is considered a breach of this condition. A single Vehicle rollover may includeincluding, but is not limited to, any caravan or trailer unless authorised by Rolling in writing); to transport goods and/or persons in violation of any customs laws or in any other illegal manner; in any motor sport or similar high risk activity; beyond the borders of South Africa (unless authorised by Rolling in writing); or in any area where there is or may be a vehicle that has rolledrisk of incidents of civil unrest, tipped political disturbance or fallen over riot or any activity associated with any of the aforegoing.
7.5 The Renter and/or Authorised Driver/s shall make adequate and this has caused damage to reasonable provision for the side and/or roof area safety and security of the Vehicle and, in circumstances within particular, but without limitation, he shall keep the control of Vehicle properly locked and secured and immobilised and the Customer. Customers who have purchased The Bundle (in conjunction with the Liability Reduction Option) or the maui Inclusive Pack will have the cost of damage resulting from an accidental single vehicle rollover coveredburglar alarm, provided that the Customer has not otherwise breached this agreement in relation to the rollover;
(b) driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs or with a blood alcohol level in excess of that permitted by law;
(c) left with the ignition key if any, activated and any anti-theft device in the Vehicle while it properly secured and in place when the Vehicle is unoccupied;not in use.
(d) submerged in water, brought into contact with salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;7.6 The Renter and /or Authorised Driver will make sure that the keys to the Vehicle are under the Renter’s and /or Authorised Driver’s control at all times. i) Use of the vehicle in any manner which might render void your Insurance Policy or other breach of the Rental PeriodAgreement.
j) Carry more passengers than may be properly accommodated by the seat belt restraints provided in the vehicle, the Customer will not allow or carry a greater load than that for which the Vehicle was built.
k) Permit passengers to be:
(a) driven otherwise than travel in a prudent the vehicle unless they are seated in forward-facing seats and cautious manner. A single Vehicle rollover is considered a breach of this condition. A single Vehicle rollover may include, but is not limited to, a vehicle that has rolled, tipped or fallen over and this has caused damage to the side and/or roof area of the Vehicle in circumstances within the control of the Customer. Customers who have purchased The Bundle (in conjunction properly restrained with the Liability Reduction Optionseat belts provided.
l) or the maui Inclusive Pack will have the cost of damage resulting from an accidental single vehicle rollover covered, provided that the Customer has not otherwise breached this agreement in relation to the rollover;

(c) left with exceeds the ignition key legal limit in the country in which the Vehicle while is being driven.

s) Any cost including and not limited to theft and damage incurred to any Hiraeth Campers Ltd.’s vehicle as a result of your visit to a country outside of the EU will be charged to you alongside an administration fee of £50 +VAT
t) Hiraeth Campers Ltd reserves the right to terminate your hire immediately or request you to take the shortest and safest route back into an EU Country.
16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defective, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centre.

(k) not use the Vehicle for the conveyance or towing of any load unless You have Network’s prior written consent; the load is correctly loaded and secured and not in excess of that for which the Vehicle was manufactured; for towing, gases, explosives the Vehicle is fitted with a tow bar; and the conveyance or other corrosive or inflammable materialtowing is undertaken in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Specifications and Network’s recommendations; and
(jl) used for transporting and haulage not use the Vehicle in contravention of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rentalany law.

(ce) left with the ignition key in the Vehicle while it is unoccupied;
(df) submerged in water, brought into contact with salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;
(eg) used for any illegal purpose or in any race, rally or contest;
(fh) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(gi) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(hj) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreement;
(ik) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; and

14.3 Driving campervans on certain roads in Australia is both difficult and dangerous. Accordingly, to protect customers’ safety, Mighty limits the roads our customers can travel on. Road restrictions apply as follows:
(a) maui vehicles may only Vehicles must not be driven used on sealed/any unsealed road (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or well-maintained roadsconcrete). Off road conditions include, but are not limited to: fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields or paddocks. The only exception to this is reasonable use of access roads limited to a maximum of twelve kilometres in length to recognised commercial campgrounds and major tourist attractions.
(b) Vehicles are not permitted to be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), the Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula) and all ski field access roads (from 01 June to 31 October). The Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roadsunsealed roads as defined in clause 20.8.
15.3 We value your well-being, and for safety purposes, maui reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditions;
(b) the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period; and informed and confirm the repair in advance. Repairs will be approved and reimbursement for expenditure will be made (where applicable) provided the Customer was not responsible for the damage. In all cases, receipts must be submitted for any repair or the claim will not be paid.
16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing or replacing tyres damaged during the Rental Period except if the tyre is defective, and inspected and confirmed by a maui authorised service centre.

USE OF THE VEHICLE. 15.1 The Customer agrees that, during the Rental Period, the Customer 7.1 You agree that You will not allow the Vehicle to be:

(cd) left with driven at a speed in excess of a speed limit displayed in relation to the ignition key in road You are driving on and as posted by the Vehicle while it is unoccupiedrelevant State or Territory authority;
(de) submerged driven in waterbreach of road signs, brought into contact with salt water, used in a creek road traffic laws or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areasthe directions of local authorities;
(ef) used for any illegal purpose or in any racerally, rally race or contest;
(f) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
(g) used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward;
(h) used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority or detailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in this Agreementlaw;
(ih) used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material; andflammable material inside the Vehicle;
(ji) used for transporting and haulage the purpose of transportation of goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental.;
15.2 Road j) used to tow any vehicle or trailer;
k) left unlocked while it is unoccupied; l) submerged in water, brought into contact with salt water; 7.2 Driving restrictions apply as follows:

Any 4WD Tracks and Gravel Roads such as Xxxx River Road / Great Central Road / Xxxxxxxx Hyw / Buntine Hyw / Tanami Rd / Sandover / Plenty Hyw / Savanna Hyw / Cape York & access to Lawn Xxxx XX are not allowed with a 2WD Campervan; continued from 01 June to 31 October). The Customer is responsible for all damage if travelling on these roads.
15.3 We value your well-being, and for safety purposes, maui reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict Vehicle movements in certain areas due to:
(a) adverse road or weather conditions;

In all casesabove 60 km/hr on any gravel, receipts must be submitted for any repair dirt or the claim will not be paid.

the law of any country that the vehicle is being driven in/through; (ce) left unsecured if unoccupied or with the ignition key in the Vehicle vehicle while it is unoccupied;
; (df) submerged Left unoccupied without any Satellite Navigation equipment out of general view (g) driven by persons: (i) under the age of 23 years; or (ii) any person who is not authorised by law to drive the Vehicle. Particulars of all/any proposed licensed driver of the vehicle are set out under the heading 'driver details/drivers authorised' in waterthis document and supplementary documents, brought into contact with any immersion in water or salt water, used in a creek or river crossing, driven on a beach or through flooded areas;
(e) used for any illegal purpose or in purpose, for any race, rally or contest;

16.2 Unless the Customer has taken the Liability Reduction Option, the Customer will pay for the cost of repairing a replacement key will be approximately £300 plus a delivery charge and met at the hirers expense; (m) otherwise used in breach of my obligations under this agreement.
