Use of Total Float. Float and Late Date calculations versus any interim milestone date shall be so described and expressed together with the float calculations relative to each Milestone Acceptance Deadline. Extensions of the Milestone Acceptance Deadlines may be granted in accordance with the terms in the Contract only to the extent that the activity or activities affected impact a Milestone Acceptance Deadline. Float is not for the exclusive use or benefit of either Authority or Contractor, but is an expiring resource available to all parties, acting in good faith, as needed to meet the Milestone Acceptance Deadlines.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.
