Use of University Facilities at No Cost. The AAUP-WSU shall be permitted reasonable use of University rooms for meetings on the same basis as other faculty groups or faculty members. The AAUP-WSU shall be permitted reasonable use of University Web pages, electronic mail system, bulletin boards, faculty mail boxes, and University mail service for communication.
