Use of Vacation Benefits. At such time as sick leave is exhausted, the employee may be placed on vacation status at the discretion of the County until such time as any accumulated vacation time is exhausted. Such charges against accrued vacation time shall be on the same formula set for the in paragraph 19.1, above.
