USE OF CITY FACILITIES A. The Association may use City facilities with prior approval for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities are made available to the public, and to the extent that such use of the facility will not interfere with normal departmental operations. With the prior approval of the Area commanding officer, roll call rooms may be made available for Association meetings. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time. B. If the use of a facility requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, the Association will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) or facility.
Other Facilities Promptly and in no event more than ten (10) days after the effectiveness thereof, copies of (i) any documents, agreements or instruments evidencing indebtedness for borrowed money of any DT Entity and (ii) any amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification any documents, agreements or instruments evidencing indebtedness for borrowed money of any DT Entity, including, without limitation, any fee letter, waiver, consent and any other document, agreement or instrument executed in connection with any of the foregoing.
Parking Facilities The parking facilities appurtenant to the Building include asphalt surface parking for visitor parking and a separate parking structure for monthly parking (“Parking Structure”). Tenant shall be entitled to use commencing on the earlier of the Commencement Date or Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises, eight (8) vehicle parking spaces within the Parking Structure for the monthly parking of Tenant’s employees. Two of such parking spaces shall be for parking in the reserved covered portion of the Parking Structure, four (4) of such parking spaces shall be for parking in the unreserved covered portion of the Parking Structure, and the remaining two (2) parking spaces shall be for parking in the unreserved rooftop, uncovered portion of the Parking Structure. Tenant’s use of the Parking Structure shall be based upon a non-exclusive use in common with Landlord, other tenants of the Building, and their guests and invitees. Tenant shall not use more parking spaces than said number, or any spaces (a) which have been specifically assigned by Landlord to other tenants or for such other uses as visitor parking or (b) which have been designated by governmental entities of competent jurisdiction as being restricted to certain uses. Landlord reserves the right to erect such security and access and egress control devices as it may reasonably deem to be appropriate (including, without limitation card controlled gates) and Tenant agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord in such matters. Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, or invitees to be loaded, unloaded, or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. If Tenant permits or allows any of such prohibited activities, then Landlord shall have the right, without notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved and charge the cost to Tenant, which cost shall be immediately payable upon demand by Landlord.
Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and
Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.
TEACHER FACILITIES A. The Board shall provide for each actively employed teacher: 1. A serviceable desk, chair and computer. 2. Access to a dining table. 3. A lockable desk, file cabinet or closet in which teachers may store instructional materials and supplies. 4. An appropriately furnished room to be reserved for the exclusive use of staff as a faculty lounge. Said room will be regularly cleaned by the custodial staff and will be in addition to the other teacher work areas. However, staff will be expected to keep the lounge reasonably neat and orderly. 5. Access to well-lighted and clean employee restrooms, separate from the students' restrooms with appropriate supplies. 6. Storage facilities for special instructional personnel. 7. In accordance with applicable food and nutrition guidelines, the principal, at request by a majority of the teachers, may arrange for the installation of a maximum of two faculty vending machines in each faculty lounge. All proceeds from the machines shall be used in such manner as the majority of teachers and educational support employees of that building shall determine. Cost, if any, of installation shall be borne by the teachers and educational support employees of each school. B. Where feasible in existing buildings, and in all new buildings, the following will be provided. 1. A teacher work area containing adequate equipment and supplies to aid in the preparation of instructional materials. 2. A communication system so that teachers can communicate with the main office from their classrooms, provided that such system is used only for emergency announcements during class periods. 3. Space for teachers' dining in a faculty lounge or other room unavailable to students with tables and chairs sufficient to accommodate teachers during their lunch period. C. Teachers shall report in writing to the principal any condition considered unsafe or hazardous. The principal shall take action(s) as appropriate and shall notify the teacher in writing of such action(s) taken within five (5) days. D. A telephone will be made available for teachers to use for school business. Teachers and principals shall arrange this use to provide reasonable privacy during the call. During the workday, teachers may make personal phone calls only if the calls cannot be made at any other time. E. Teachers who need access to a telephone for school business after the workday ends shall arrange this access with the principal. Teachers with supervisory responsibilities will also have access to the building. F. An adequate portion of the parking lots at each school will be reserved for teacher parking. Effective July 1, 2012, newly hired employees assigned to the South East Street Central Office location will be required to pay a fee of $45 per month if they elect to park in designated BOE parking areas. Twelve-month employees may elect payroll deduction to allocate payments over 24 equal paychecks. Eleven-month employees may elect payroll deduction to allocate payments over 22 equal paychecks. Ten-month employees may elect payroll deduction to allocate payment over 20 equal paychecks. G. The Board will take steps to ensure teachers have access to their classrooms when custodians unlock the buildings in the morning and up to one (1) hour before custodial shifts end on weekdays during the school year, provided rooms are not being utilized by outside user groups. Teachers shall have access to their rooms during summer operating hours during summer months unless there is scheduled maintenance, outside user groups or FCPS programs occurring.
Use of Facilities 34.1. In situations where the CLEC has the use of the facilities (i.e., local loop) to a specific customer premise, either through resale of local service or the lease of the local loop as an Unbundled Network Element, and Sprint receives a good faith request for service from a customer at the same premise or from another carrier with the appropriate customer authorization, the procedures below will apply. 34.1.1. Sprint will process such orders and provision services consistent with the terms contained in Section 82, of this Agreement. 34.1.2. Where CLEC is using a single facility to provide service to multiple end user customers, Sprint will not disconnect that facility as a result of the following procedures. 34.1.3. Sprint will follow methods prescribed by the FCC and any applicable state regulation for carrier change verification. 34.1.4. Customer with Existing Service Changing Local Service Provider 34.1.4.1. In situations where a CLEC submits an order for an end user customer that is changing local service providers for existing service, and is not adding service (i.e., an additional line), Sprint will process the service request without delay, and provide the losing local service provider a customer loss notification consistent with industry standards. 34.1.5. Customer with Existing Service Adding New Service 34.1.5.1. In situations where an order is submitted for an end user customer adding service to existing service (i.e., an additional line), the order should be marked as an additional line and CLEC’s facilities will not be affected. 34.1.6. Customer Requesting New Service where Previous Customer has Abandoned Service 34.1.6.1. In the case where an end user customer vacates premises without notifying the local service provider and a new end user customer moves into the vacated premises and orders new service from a local service provider neither Sprint nor the previous local service provider are aware that the original end user customer has abandoned the service in place. 34.1.6.2. When a carrier requests service at a location and marks the order as abandoned and CLEC is the previous local service provider, Sprint shall notify CLEC via fax that it has had a request for service at the premise location that is currently being served by CLEC; 34.1.6.3. If available to Sprint, Sprint shall include the name and address of the party receiving service at such locations, but at a minimum shall provide local service address location information; 34.1.7. If CLEC does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving Sprint’s notification or if CLEC responds relinquishing the facilities, Sprint shall be free to use the facilities in question and Sprint shall issue a disconnect order with respect to the CLEC service at that location. If CLEC responds stating that the service is working and should not be disconnected, Sprint will notify the carrier ordering service and request verification of the address and location or the submission of an order for an additional line.

Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.
Use of School Facilities 1. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times for meetings in accordance with Committee policy on the Use of School Facilities. The principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings. 2. There will be one (1) bulletin board in each school building, which will be placed in the faculty lounge, for the purpose of displaying professional notices, circulars, and other Association material. Copies of all such material will be given to the building principal, but his advance approval will not be required.
