Any personal information that we collect from you relating to the e-Transfer Services (including any email addresses and mobile telephone numbers that you provide o us if you are a Sender, Recipient or Requester) will be treated in accordance with the Credit Union's Privacy Policy. You agree that we may collect and use this personal information to make the e-Transfer Services available to you (including to process e-Transfers and Request Transfers). You also agree that we may share this personal information with other Participating Financial Institutions, with CertaPay, and with CertaPay's suppliers and agents, for purposes of operating the e-Transfer Services.
