Use Outside of U. S. The Aircraft shall not be operated, used or located outside the Continental U.S. except that it may be flown temporarily to any country in the world for any purpose expressly permitted under this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Aircraft shall not be flown, operated, used or located in, to or over any such country or area (temporarily or otherwise), (i) which is excluded from the required insurance coverages, or would otherwise cause Lessee to be in breach of the insurance requirements or other provisions, of this Lease, (ii) with which the U.S. does not maintain favorable diplomatic relations, (iii) in any area of recognized or threatened hostilities, (iv) in violation of any Applicable Law, including any U.S. law or United Nations Security Council Directive, or (v) in a manner that causes it to be deemed to have been used or operated "predominantly" outside of the United States, as that phrase is used in Section 168(g)(1)(A) of the Code. Use Outside of U. S. You also represent that you are not a person barred from enrolling for and/or receiving Services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions in which you may be located. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, it may be possible to access and/or use the Platform and/or the Services outside of the United States. In the event of such access and/or use, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and transmission of information, including, without limitation, all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or any other jurisdiction, and you acknowledge that Televero makes no representation or warranty that the Platform, any of the Services, or any information on the Platform or transmitted via a Service is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the United States.
