Common use of Users’ enquiries Clause in Contracts

Users’ enquiries. The Customer is responsible for fielding enquiries directly from the End Users and for any liability which results from the Customer’s engagement with them through the Purchased Service. The Customer agrees to indemnify Element, in full in respect to any claim made against Element by any User. The Customer accepts all responsibility for and agrees to release Element entirely from any claims, liabilities, disputes, actions or proceedings arising from or connected to the Customer’s interaction with any third party through Element, or as a result of Element’s provision of the Purchased Service.
