Using Departments. This Agreement is not specific to a COUNTY department and it is agreed and understood by the Parties that any COUNTY department may avail itself of this Agreement and procure services specified herein at the Agreement price(s) established herein (“Using Department”). An Agreement modification will be issued by the COUNTY identifying the requirements of any specific COUNTY department(s), if COUNTY deems necessary.
Using Departments. All State of Maine Departments can use this MA contract.
Using Departments. The primary using department will be the Department of Public Safety. Orders from all State of Maine Law Enforcement departments and agencies must be accepted.
Using Departments. The primary using departments of this MA will be MaineDOT however all departments and agencies can utilize the MA.
Using Departments. The primary using departments of this Master Agreement is Central Fleet Management. Any State of Maine department or agency can utilize this Master Agreement.
Using Departments. This Master Agreement will be utilized primarily by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) however all State of Maine Departments and Agencies can order plain, unembellished items from it.
Using Departments. All State of Maine agencies will be able to utilize this Master Agreement Contract.
Using Departments. All State of Maine departments may use this Master Agreement.
