Using Department definition

Using Department for purposes of this Contract shall mean .

Using Department means any department, commission, council, board, bureau, committee, institution, authority, agency, government corporation, or other establishment or official of the government of this city, including the city-county health department, but not including the Eau Claire area school district which utilizes any supplies, services, or construction purchased under this chapter. (Ord. 4051 (part), 1980).

Using Department for purposes of this Contract shall mean Public Works Department.

• If the Purchasing Agent, the Using Department, or a designee of such, denies the withdrawal of a bid, he shall notify the bidder in writing stating his decision.

Using Department for purposes of this Contract shall mean Manassas Regional Airport.
