Using Mobile Banking. With Mobile Banking, you may use your Mobile Device: ● To view balances and recent transactions for each online share account that you have enabled to be accessed from your Mobile Device. ● To make immediate, one-time transfers of funds between your linked accounts. The terms and conditions for transfers using the Mobile Service, including any limitations on the amount and frequency of transfers, are the same as those for transfers using Online Banking and are governed by your applicable account agreements. ● To view alerts as long as you have enabled the option in Online Banking. ● To make single Bill Payments to payees you previously established in our Bill Pay Service while logged in to an earlier separate Online Banking session. This feature is subject to the terms and conditions for Online Banking. ● To make deposits to your Mobile accounts through the Mobile Deposit Service. Mobile Banking allows you to make one-time Bill Payments, scheduled, or recurring transfers through your Mobile Device. If you discover there is an amount entry error or other issue with a one-time Bill Payment you just submitted through your Mobile Device, promptly contact us by calling toll-free 0-000-000-0000 during the department’s regular business hours to determine if your submitted Bill Payment can be stopped with a timely Stop Payment Order from you. Mobile Banking allows you to make only one-time Bill Payments, scheduled, or recurring transfers through your Mobile Device. There is no way for you to stop a transfer once you have requested a transfer through your Mobile Device.

This limit may be replenished throughout the year. * Banked time must be taken in full day increments or the employee may elect to receive the pay. * Employees must have cleared or be scheduled to clear their hours account by December 15. If the account is not cleared then the employee will be paid the balance in cash. * Payment will be based on the current rate of pay at the time the banked time is used. * Time off must be requested in advance, unless bona fide illness. (Company will monitor) * Time off will be subject to Company service requirements and no additional cost to the Company. * Implementation of the Overtime Banking arrangement will be subject to the development of an appropriate computer system.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.
