We will not be liable for any delays or failures in your ability to access Mobile Banking service or in your receipt of any text messages. Mobile Banking Limitations. The availability, timeliness and proper functioning of Mobile Banking depends on many factors, including your Wireless Device location, wireless network availability and signal strength, and the proper functioning and configuration of hardware, software and your Wireless Device. Neither we nor any of our service providers shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by any unavailability or improper functioning of Mobile Banking, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon, for any reason, including service interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, loss of data, or loss of personalized settings.
Mobile Banking Limitations. It is important that Client understands the limitations of the Mobile Services, including but not limited to the following: i) Because Mobile Banking is accessible only through Client’s Mobile Device, Client’s access to the Mobile Services may be limited by the service provided by Client’s telecommunications carrier. ii) There may be technical or other difficulties related to Mobile Banking. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalized settings or other the Service interruptions. Bank does not assume any responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or misdelivery of any user data, failure to store user data, communications or personalized settings in connection with Client’s use of a Mobile Banking; nor for the delivery or the accuracy of any information requested or provided through Mobile Banking. iii) Bank reserves the right to block access or delete the Mobile Banking Software from Client’s Mobile Device if Bank or Bank’s Service Provider has reason to believe Client is not complying with these Service Terms & Conditions, or has reason to suspect Client’s Mobile Device has been infected with malicious software or virus.
Mobile Banking Limitations. We reserve the right to limit the type of accounts available through the Mobile Banking as well as the number and amount of transactions. We have the right to refuse or reject any transaction you request and we also reserve the right to modify the Service at any time. The Credit Union is not responsible if Mobile Banking is not accessible in any way or by any reason by your wireless carrier or is not supported by your mobile device.
Mobile Banking Limitations. Neither we nor our service providers can always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties related to Mobile Banking. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other Mobile Banking Service interruptions. Neither we nor any of our service providers assumes responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user data, communications or personalization settings in connection with your use of Mobile Banking. (i) Neither we nor any of our service providers assumes responsibility for the operation, security, functionality or availability of any Mobile Device or mobile network which you utilize to access Mobile Banking. (ii) You agree to exercise caution when utilizing Mobile Banking application on your Mobile Device and to use good judgment and discretion when obtaining or transmitting information. (iii) Financial information obtained through Mobile Banking (including, without limitation, any text message alerts) reflects the most recent account information available through Mobile Banking and may not be accurate or current. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. Certain features, functions, and Services available through Online Banking or on our website may not be available using Mobile Banking. (iv) The Mobile Banking Service may not be available through all mobile service providers and carriers, and some mobile phones and other Mobile Devices may not be supported as Mobile Devices in connection with Mobile Banking. You are responsible for periodically referring to our website to determine currently supported mobile service providers, carriers, and Mobile Devices and for ensuring that you satisfy all technical requirements for using Mobile Banking.

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following: i. Information pertaining to tuition rates, payments, and educational assistance payments; and

  • Wall Street Transparency and Accountability Act In connection with Section 739 of the Wall Street Transparency and Accountability Act of 2010 (“WSTAA”), the parties hereby agree that neither the enactment of WSTAA or any regulation under the WSTAA, nor any requirement under WSTAA or an amendment made by WSTAA, shall limit or otherwise impair either party’s otherwise applicable rights to terminate, renegotiate, modify, amend or supplement this Confirmation or the Agreement, as applicable, arising from a termination event, force majeure, illegality, increased costs, regulatory change or similar event under this Confirmation, the Equity Definitions incorporated herein, or the Agreement (including, but not limited to, rights arising from Change in Law, Hedging Disruption, Increased Cost of Hedging, an Excess Ownership Position, or Illegality (as defined in the Agreement)).

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • Wall Street Transparency and Accountability Act of 2010 The parties hereby agree that none of (i) Section 739 of the WSTAA, (ii) any similar legal certainty provision included in any legislation enacted, or rule or regulation promulgated, on or after the Trade Date, (iii) the enactment of the WSTAA or any regulation under the WSTAA, (iv) any requirement under the WSTAA or (v) any amendment made by the WSTAA shall limit or otherwise impair either party’s right to terminate, renegotiate, modify, amend or supplement this Confirmation or the Agreement, as applicable, arising from a termination event, force majeure, illegality, increased cost, regulatory change or similar event under this Confirmation, the Equity Definitions or the Agreement (including, but not limited to, any right arising from any Acceleration Event).

  • XxxXxxxx Principles - Northern Ireland The provisions of San Francisco Administrative Code §12F are incorporated herein by this reference and made part of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, Contractor confirms that Contractor has read and understood that the City urges companies doing business in Northern Ireland to resolve employment inequities and to abide by the XxxXxxxx Principles, and urges San Francisco companies to do business with corporations that abide by the XxxXxxxx Principles.
