Medication error means any preventable event that may cause or lead to inappropriate medication use or patient harm, while the medication is in the control of the health care professional, patient, or consumer. Such events may be related to professional practice, health care products, procedures, and systems including, but not limited to: prescribing; order communication; product labeling, packaging and nomenclature; compounding; dispensing; distribution; administration; education; monitoring; and use.
NAV Error means an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or class as more fully described in the NAV Error Policy.
Area Control Error or “ACE” shall mean the instantaneous difference between a Balancing Authority’s net actual and scheduled interchange, taking into account the effects of Frequency Bias and correction for meter error.
Clerical error means a minor error:
Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.
Final Order Entry Date means the date on which the Final Order is entered by the Bankruptcy Court.
Error means any failure of the Software to operate in conformance with the Documentation in any material respect.
aerodrome control service means air traffic control service for aerodrome traffic;
Approved Plan means plan for the building or lay out plan approved by the Authority in accordance with prescribed regulations.
Direction-indicator lamp means the lamp used to indicate to other road-users that the driver intends to change direction to the right or to the left;
Shop Drawing means any and all drawings, diagrams, layouts, explanations, illustrations, manufacturer's drawings or other written or graphic materials which illustrate any portion of the construction work.
Manifest Error means any error that we reasonably believe to be obvious or palpable, including without limitation, offers to execute Transactions for exaggerated volumes of Underlying Assets or at manifestly incorrect market price quotes or prices at a clear loss.
Plan Entry Date means the Effective Date and: (Choose (d), (e) or (f))
Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.
Book-Entry System means the Federal Reserve/Treasury book-entry system for receiving and delivering securities, its successors and nominees.
Shop Drawings means drawings, submitted to the PHA by the Contractor, subcontractor, or any lower tier subcontractor, showing in detail (1) the proposed fabrication and assembly of structural elements and (2) the installation (i.e., form, fit, and attachment details) of materials of equipment. It includes drawings, diagrams, layouts, schematics, descriptive literature, illustrations, schedules, performance and test data, and similar materials furnished by the Contractor to explain in detail specific portions of the work required by the contract. The PHA may duplicate, use, and disclose in any manner and for any purpose shop drawings delivered under this contract.
Traffic control device means a flagger, sign, signal, marking, or other device used to regulate, warn or guide traffic, placed on, over, or adjacent to a street, highway, private road open to public travel, pedestrian facility, or shared-use path by authority of a public agency or official having jurisdiction, or, in the case of a private road open to public travel, by authority of the private owner or private official having jurisdiction.
Verbal abuse means, but is not limited to, the use of derogatory terms or names, undue voice volume and rude comments, orders or responses to residents.
Entry Point means a point just downstream of the final treatment operation, but upstream of the first user and upstream of any mixing with other water. If raw water is used without treatment, the “entry point” is the raw water source. If a PWS receives treated water from another PWS, the “entry point” is a point just downstream of the other PWS, but upstream of the first user on the receiving PWS, and upstream of any mixing with other water.
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
Disturbance Control Standard or “DCS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the time limit following a disturbance within which a balancing authority must return its Area Control Error to within a specified range.
Book-Entry Termination The occurrence of any of the following events: (i) the Clearing Agency is no longer willing or able to properly discharge its responsibilities with respect to the Book Entry Certificates, and the Depositor is unable to locate a qualified successor; or (ii) the Depositor at its option advises the Trustee and the Certificate Registrar in writing that it elects to terminate the book-entry system through the Clearing Agency.
Entry Date means the Effective Date of the Plan and each January 1 and July 1 of each Plan Year after the Effective Date.
Book entry form or “book entry system” means a form or system under which (i) the ownership of book entry interests in Bonds and the principal of and interest on the Bonds may be transferred only through a book entry and (ii) physical Bond certificates in fully registered form are issued by the City only to a Depository or its nominee as registered owner, with the Bonds deposited and maintained in the custody of the Depository or its agent. The book entry maintained by others than the City is the record that identifies the owners of book entry interests in those Bonds and that principal and interest.
Unauthorized Access means the entrance of a person into a restricted area without permission of the operator or the operator’s designated representative.
