USW Membership. 1. PEF and USW agree that as a condition of employment, all employees presently within the bargaining unit shall remain members of USW and all new employees within the bargaining unit shall become members of USW within thirty (30) days after commencing employment. All employees who become members of USW shall remain members during the life of this Agreement.
