Utilities Coordination. 1. If field investigation requires any subsurface exploration (digging, boring, and/or drilling), A-E shall provide utility notice coordination with the utility companies through Underground Service Alert (USA) prior to A-E beginning any field works. A- E shall make every effort to aid County and provide all necessary documentation in accordance with Government Code Sections 4216 et seq. Surveying by A-E shall conform to the quality and practice required by the County.
