Common use of Utility Clause in Contracts

Utility. trailer means a non-motorized vehicle that is designed to be towed by your insured car and it includes a farm wagon, farm implement, travel trailer or camper trailer while towed by a car on public roads. Utility trailer does not mean: a. A trailer used as an office, store, display or any other business for commercial purposes; b. A passenger trailer; or c. A trailer used as a primary residence.
